Perfect, peaceful location

Extremely helpful and friendly owner. Great restaurants right outside the door and easy walk to Las Ramblas, St Antoni market and metro station. Highly recommended.

Excellent apartment and location

Nadia and Taras are excellent hosts and communicated very well with us. The apartment location was very quiet but also very close to some excellent restaurants. The metro was only a 3 minute walk away and taxis were easy to find. The apartment had all the facilities needed including air conditioning. It was comfortable and well appointed. Apart from the shower enclosure that needs updating/renovation it is a really nice apartment that we would strongly recommend to others.

Lovely apartment furnished and equipped with thought.

We enjoyed a long weekend in Barcelona staying in this apartment. Initial impressions weren't that good as the area looks a bit run down and the view out of the windows is over a building site! Once settled in you learn the area is full of great restaurants and you are within easy walking or Metro-ing distance of all the attractions particularly MontJuic and the Magic Fountain.

Clean, comfortable apartment in good location

Exactly as presented in the website, this apartment was an ideal base for our 6 nights in Barcelona. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by and about 15 mins walking distance to Ramblas and the central area. The apartment was clean and the small lift was welcome to travel up 4 floors. A safe and friendly area for visitors. The owner met us at the airport and transferred us to the apartment which made it much easier for us. All in all, a good value place to stay in Barcelona.

Great place to stay - clean, comfortable, centrally located

We enjoyed very much our stay in this apartment. The hosts were very welcoming and organized. It was a pleasure to stay in this property, everything went very smoothly, and the apartment was beautiful.
