A large picture window leads to a spacious balcony with table and chairs - perfect for eating out or just sitting in the sun and reading a book. There is also a large outdoor swimming pool at the Laguna bar on the ground floor of the apartments, though it is only a short walk to the beach as well. We provide beach chairs to take down to the sea front.
There are two bedrooms, with a double bed and twin beds. The bathroom has a bath and shower, wash basin, and toilet, and there is a second toilet next to it. The double sofa bed means that we can easily accommodate 6 people.

A small but well equipped supermarket and hairdressing salon are located on the ground floor, ideal for bread and English newspapers in the morning.

We first came to Mallorca 6 years ago, staying near Pollença, and loved the area, despite having been confirmed francophiles for many years previously! We came back a year later to stay at the Illa d'Or Hotel, and enjoyed the quiet and the walk along the Pine Walk - so much so that we came out to look for a place to buy. We still have a house in France, but as we are in the North East of England, it's about 11 hours drive and ferry at best. With Mallorca, it's a quick flight, we jump in a hire car, and are at the apartment 45 minutes later. It's also a lot more reliable as far as the weather goes!
We like this end of the Pine Walk so much because it is out of the mainstream activity of the town, so we can choose to have a peaceful time eating in, or take a short walk to join in the evening activities and go to very good restaurants. The view is breathtaking along the front at night, and the town is surrounded by mountains. The sea is tranquil and does not shelf off into deep water for a good way out, meaning it is quite safe for adults and children.
We find the proximity of both pool and beach amazing. We can also buy food to make a meal or go to eat at the Laguna, both without leaving the apartment block! The sun hits our balcony in the morning and stays until the afternoon, so we just sometimes sit and read there.
