2 Bedrooms 2 bathroom with a beautiful Altana!

Manzoni is an elegant and exclusive top-floor flat with a terrace, right in the very heart of Lucca’s historic centre--just a few steps from everything you may need.

The 'altana”--a large covered terrace--is a marvellous feature of this very comfortable apartment. From the dining table, residents can view the Angel on the top of San Michele church!

The apartment lies on the third, top floor of the building. There is an elevator from street level to the door of the apartment. The door opens onto a large modern living area, including a fully-equipped kitchen outfitted with top-quality appliances: dishwasher; electric oven; microwave; 5-burner range double-door, frost-free refrigerator; Nespresso coffee maker; washing machine; and dryer;

A few steps lead from the living room to the altana, which is most unique. Since it is covered by a roof, tenants can enjoy the terrace even when it rains and into late Fall. In cold weather, the altana can be closed by some transparent panels and it becomes another room. This is a lovely area that can be enjoyed year-round.

Sleeping quarters consist of two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bedroom is double, one is twin or double (you can choose). The smaller bedroom has a sofa bed for a fifth guest. The bedrooms’ décor is very sophisticated and hand-crafted. One bathroom has a bathtub; the other, a shower enclosure.

The apartment is fully air conditioned.

The elevator is another great bonus--it allows you to get to the third floor (60 steps) without any trouble. In all of the “centro storico” of Lucca there are very few buildings with elevators.

Two bikes are provided for guests.
