About Ruth Forder

Hi, we are a couple that live near Mijas and have lived here for almost 7 years. Our dog Lucy adopted us when we had been here for 1 year and therefore have to continue living near the forest for her, she hates the water and beach life !!!! We lived in West London for many years but we love the fabulous weather that we have here most of the year and could never return.

Why Ruth Forder chose Elviria area

We first bought a 2 bed property in the same complex but because we loved it so much we then bought the penthouse apartment. Originally it belonged to the developer, so there are many extras in the property that others don't have, like the wooden floors upstairs and larger kitchen.

What makes this apartment unique

When we viewed the apartment we noticed there was a larger terrace then other penthouses, the builder had made it larger for his Mum - how lovely......here we enjoy having a G & T or glass of wine or two.

I just love this apartment. It looks as good as in the pictures....better, because you don't see how close you are to the amazing beach..
It is a very well kept , clean apartment. There are lots of nice pieces that make it luxurious. Nothing is overlooked.

FIVE STAR APARTMENT

THIS IS DEFINATELY A FIVE STAR APARTMENT.

We had a lovely week long stay in this beautiful apartment. I was able to do a lot of work while on holiday, which is very important to me. The unlimited WIFI was the reason we chose the apartment. It is very hard to get apartments with good WIFI.
The furnishings are top quality and very nice . The kitchen has everything you could possibly need.
TAXIS arrived within 5 mins of calling them which is a luxury.
Best of all the matresses were extremely comfortable. I had the best sleep ever.

ULTIMATE BEACHFRONT PENTHOUSE!!

My family and I recently stayed at this beautifully furnished beachfront penthouse which is situated in a prime position within the complex over looking beautifully lush landscaped gardens out to the sea. The huge terrace which wraps around the apartment gets all day sun with unobstructed 180 degree views of the coast. A great place to unwind and relax and have morning coffee or a glass of wine watching the sun go down.
Plenty of room whether indoors or out for everyone to have their own space. Each of the bedrooms are master suites, all having their own bathrooms.
The beach accessed through a private gate from the complex is one of the nicest we have seen along the coast with natural dunes and sand.
We would strongly recommend staying in this apartment, other apartments we have stayed at in the area just do not compare. We will definitely be coming back to stay. This is the best!!

NICEST APARTMENT I HAVE EVER STAYED IN

This is the nicest apartment I have ever stayed in. We arrived and walked onto the most beautiful balcony you could imagine. It is right on top of the beach.

I had my morning coffee sitting looking at the little fishing boats catching their fish. In the evening I sat with my glass of wine looking at the sun go down. Sun all day long on this balcony.

The inside is just as nice. It has everything you could ever want for. Its immaculately clean and well maintained.

The very best thing about the apartment was that with a minute we were on the beach and had a big choice of where to walk to for our evening meal. We loved to go to the local beach restaurants. There must be 10 within a 5 min walk. The Beach House Rest is very special and at the doorstep.

I also loved having a golf club only 3 mins drive in the car. We hired our clubs in the airport when we arrived and found it was cheaper than bringing your own down. And very good quality.

I will absolutely go back to this apartment again.

Location, location, location!!!!

Great apartment, great location!

We have stayed in a few different apartments in this area, but this is superior to any apartment we have ever stayed in.

Perfect for a beach holiday.

We were here with grown up kids who adored the place - but I could also imagine how perfect it would be if you had little ones. It has a safe in the property for your valuables. The apartment is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean.

It's totally safe and secure. It's quiet but has at least 20 restaurants within walking distance.

We didn't hire a car but were collected from the airport (for a fee) by Denis who manages the property. He gave us the key and walked us through the alarm code, wifi etc.

Already looking forward to our trip here again next year!!

Elviria is a great area with fabulous beaches and restaurants. With Marbella only being 10 minutes away its ideal for relaxing and also some shopping !!

Amazing luxury penthouse

This is my third time to stay in this penthouse.
It is a private exclusive home that the owners obviously love, as they keep it
to the highest standard. The decoration is really good. It is spacious, with a second sittingroom upstairs where
my kids could watch their own dvd.
It has everything you would ever need on holidays. The WIFI is great to have.
Outside there is a huge balcony that gets the sun all day long.
It is not overlooked at all with amazing views of the pool, tennis court and beach.
It is within walking distance from lots of nice and fab restaurants (including the Beach house restaurant )
I would highly recommend it if you want a very nice experience.
We have booked for next year already.
