Beautifully restored old townhouse within a 5 minute walk of Alora town and shops.
Kitchen: Brand new, fully fitted kitchen with integrated cooker and fridge/freezer, fan assisted oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle, juicer and coffee grinder.
Large dining room area with table to seat 8 people. Ipod / iphone music dock.
Living Rooms: Large lounge with traditional fireplace, cosy fire, 42 inch plasma, freeview Sky channels, DVD home theatre system, DVDs, CDs, books. Unlimited wifi, laptop. It has 2 large sofas, one of which is a double pull out sofa bed and foot stool.
Utility Room: Iron, ironing board, hoover, clothes airer and cleaning essentials. Other useful items including pushchair, child car seats, beach equipment (inflatables, parasol, beach towels, bags).
Bedroom 1 with king sized bed, en-suite bathroom, balcony with mountain views and hair-dryer.
Bedroom 2 with double bed.
Bedroom 3 with single bed (travel cot / child's sleeping bars are also available). All with ceiling fans.
Double sofa bed in lounge.
Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 with full size bath and shower over.
En-suite bathroom with walk in power shower.
Other: Travel cot, high chair, child's bed guard, boxes of toys and children's books. House well stocked for toddlers as we have 2 young boys ourselves.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels, beach towels and linen provided. Extra maid services can be arranged if required - call Viv or Jerry to arrange.
A welcome pack containing essential food and household items is provided in case you arrive late and miss the supermarket.
Amenities/Facilities: hob/stove, garden, oven, fridge/freezer, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine /ironing board, satellite tv, plasma tv, internet access, room fans, cot, high chair, barbecue, private pool (for sole use of guests).

Private back patio area with outside seating area, 2 sun loungers, under cover seating area for outdoor eating. There is also a large plunge pool (not heated and is suitable for use May - Oct).
The nearest beaches to Alora are Churianna, Malaga and Torremolinos all of which take 30 mins by car and 35 mins by train. Torremolinos is perfect for kids as you can park on the main promenade and at no charge. Marbella and Puerto Banus beaches are also great but parking is typically 10 euros for the day in the main underground car parks and take approx 40 mins to get to.
There are some fabulous golf courses nearby – Lauro Golf, a 27 hole golf course and Alhaurin Gold, a 36 hole golf course are both 30 mins drive away.
2 hours drive from the skiing resort of Sierra Nevada. Granada is also worth a stop over.
Malaga Airport is 30-35 minute drive or 45 mins by train. Car hire is not essential as Alora has a very good train and bus service. Although we now always hire a small car as there are so many places to visit locally. Go to our website for further information on local activities and more pictures of the house.
Airport collection is also available upon request and provides a seamless transition from the airport to your accommodation. Jerry & Viv who manage the house will pick you up for 50 euros.

Alora also has a large fully stocked supermarket, a modern sports and leisure complex and a fantastic outdoor swimming pool (with 3 different sized pools) which is open throughout the summer months (June, July, August and the first week in September).
Out of these months there is an indoor swimming pool which has been recently refurbished in Pizzarra a nearby town (10 mins drive).
Unlimited Wifi has now been provided to help keep in touch with the world and to avoid costly data charges on your smartphones. The Wifi WEP key is underneath the router in the front room for easy connection to all your devices that you bring.

We bought 35 Calle Malaga a number of years ago for many reasons including the fact that our parents also live in the same town. This meant that we could combine holidays with seeing family which is even more special now that we have 2 young boys.
When we decided to rent our home out to holiday makers, the fact that our parents lived nearby made it an easy process for us as they look after the property on our behalf and also make sure all our holiday makers have a great time.
