Gorgeous apartment for 5 people in front of the Colosseum!

It is located on the 3rd floor with lift. You will find a coffee machine that allows you to prepare an excellent Italian or American coffee and also a creamy hot or cold cappuccino with lots of foam :-) In the total price we already offer sheets, towels, toilet paper and hand soap and liquid soap for the shower

The apartment is on the first floor without a lift. It is accessed with an application and access codes in self check-in mode

Smoking is not permitted in the house. Small pets are not allowed..

The building is located in front of the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums. You can reach the center walking among the ruins of the Roman Empire and easily reach the historic center for shopping or to go and see the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. The metro is 100 meters away and you can also reach the Vatican or on foot in 40 minutes. An ideal apartment to see Rome!

From Fiumicino you can take the train to Roma Termini station and then take the subway to Colosseo station.

Perfect Location

The property was in the most perfect location and was better than the pictures on the app could show. Everything was nearby. Lorenzo arranged for a taxi to pick us up and take us straight to the appartment and we met him there, so simple. The metro is right there if you want it, but we walked everywhere as Rome is great, even walled to the Vactican. Only problem was the sink in the kitchen was too difficult to use as the pressure from that tap is poor and the drainage needs to be sorted properly, but that is an easy fix.

Fantastic Location

We loved staying here. We walked everywhere, but the apartment is convenient to all public transit. It is magical to walk past Roman ruins every time one heads out for the day. Apartment was spotless and communication was excellent. Owner's restaurant recommendations were on point. Be advised that a wider person might find the shower a bit too small.

Nothing Short of Extraordinary!

Our stay at Colosseum Street n.1 was nothing short of extraordinary! This gorgeous apartment, situated right outside the iconic Colosseum, provided us with an unforgettable Roman experience. The location is undoubtedly the highlight of this property. Being mere steps away from the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums, we felt like we were living in the heart of ancient Rome. The ability to stroll through the ruins of the Roman Empire and easily commute to all of the historic landmarks like the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, made our visit truly magical. The convenience of having the metro station just 100 meters away was a game-changer. Larenzo (host) went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of during our stay! From arranging private transportation to and from the airport for our family (highly recommended), to having a little booklet of recommended restaurants and other useful information he had everything covered. Umar was waiting for us when we arrived at the apartment and helped us get our luggage up to the room and then gave us a quick tour of the place. The apartment itself was a cozy haven. The attention to detail was evident, from the well-equipped kitchen featuring a fantastic coffee machine and illy coffee pods, to the provided essentials like sheets, towels, toilet paper, and soaps. The thoughtfulness extended to every aspect of our accommodation. This apartment is ideal for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the beauty of Rome.

Top Apartment gleich neben dem Kollosseum

Sehr schönes Apartment im dritten Stock (Aufzug) gleich neben dem Kolloseum. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, eine kleine Dusche, voll eingerichtete Küche (haben wir wegen großartiger römischer Gastronomie in der Umgebung nie gebraucht). Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter, der sich auch um den Transfer vom Flughafen gekümmert hat und immer prompt geantwortet hat bei Fragen.
