2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 15 minutes to the West End
Live like a Londoner. The flat has its own entrance as originally it was a corner shop.
The open plan living/dining/kitchen is at ground level with a decorative fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, if you wish. It has an oven, microwave, gas hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. There are two stools for eating at a counter.
A few steps down to the two bedrooms and shower room (with toilet and basin) and en suite bathroom (Shower over tub, basin, toilet and bidet).
The master bedroom, with en suite, can be arranged as a King bed (6ft wide) or as two extra long twin beds. It opens onto a small patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a evening drink. Smoking is allowed on the patio.
The other bedroom has a Queen bed (5 1/2 ft wide bed).
The living room has two sofas, one of which has a small double sofa bed.
The dining room seats 6.
The entire flat is about 900 ft 2 (80 square meters).
This is a non-smoking, non-pet flat.
We provide some items for your arrival but you will probably have to get more, especially for stays of more than a few days. Items include shower gel, hand wash, toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher tabs, dishwashing liquid, tea, coffee, oil & vinegar.
We have a crib and high chair for use at no charge, upon request. Due to the nature of the decoration, the flat is okay for 2-5 year olds only if they are well behaved. It'll save you from constantly running after them.

Why Joel Schweitzer chose Paddington
The flat used to be a corner shop. It still has the stained glass windows with farm scenes. As I grew up on a dairy farm there was some resonance for me.
I was looking for a project and this house had to be completely redone. I have enjoyed doing it up, while learning the history of the area and the type of construction typical to London in the mid-19th century.
What makes this apartment unique
You'll like the location as it is central to the best parts of London. The area is quiet and residential but close to shops and restaurants.
We hope you, like other guests, will feel very comfortable in a flat that is like a home, much more than a rental flat or a hotel room.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful place in Paddington. The apartment is very clean and spacious and just perfect for a family up to 5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathrooms are large and there is a bath in case you have little children.
The apartment is perfectly located just 7 minutes' walk from Paddington underground station and the supermarket.
We highly recommend this apartment for any family looking for a comfortable stay in London.
