2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 15 minutes to the West End

Live like a Londoner. The flat has its own entrance as originally it was a corner shop.

The open plan living/dining/kitchen is at ground level with a decorative fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, if you wish. It has an oven, microwave, gas hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. There are two stools for eating at a counter.

A few steps down to the two bedrooms and shower room (with toilet and basin) and en suite bathroom (Shower over tub, basin, toilet and bidet).

The master bedroom, with en suite, can be arranged as a King bed (6ft wide) or as two extra long twin beds. It opens onto a small patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a evening drink. Smoking is allowed on the patio.

The other bedroom has a Queen bed (5 1/2 ft wide bed).

The living room has two sofas, one of which has a small double sofa bed.

The dining room seats 6.

The entire flat is about 900 ft 2 (80 square meters).

This is a non-smoking, non-pet flat.

We provide some items for your arrival but you will probably have to get more, especially for stays of more than a few days. Items include shower gel, hand wash, toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher tabs, dishwashing liquid, tea, coffee, oil & vinegar.

We have a crib and high chair for use at no charge, upon request. Due to the nature of the decoration, the flat is okay for 2-5 year olds only if they are well behaved. It'll save you from constantly running after them.

Why Joel Schweitzer chose Paddington

The flat used to be a corner shop. It still has the stained glass windows with farm scenes. As I grew up on a dairy farm there was some resonance for me.

I was looking for a project and this house had to be completely redone. I have enjoyed doing it up, while learning the history of the area and the type of construction typical to London in the mid-19th century.

What makes this apartment unique

You'll like the location as it is central to the best parts of London. The area is quiet and residential but close to shops and restaurants.

We hope you, like other guests, will feel very comfortable in a flat that is like a home, much more than a rental flat or a hotel room.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful place in Paddington. The apartment is very clean and spacious and just perfect for a family up to 5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathrooms are large and there is a bath in case you have little children.

The apartment is perfectly located just 7 minutes' walk from Paddington underground station and the supermarket.

We highly recommend this apartment for any family looking for a comfortable stay in London.

Nacho and Joel were perfect hosts. Thanks for everything guys.

A Real Home Away from Home

Our family of 5 stayed here during 10 days and we had the best of experiences in every sense. The flat was clean, tastefully decorated, cozy, confortable and well located. It was well-equipped with high quality linen, towels and kitcheware. We had the tube and bus stops just a few blocks away in a very nice neighborhood. The owners Joel and Nacho were marvelous hosts, always available and helpful. Nacho speaks perfect spanish so it was also a plus. They really made us feel at home!

Lovely flat in London

Perfect flat for our family of four. Great location for site seeing London. The short walk to Paddington Station made for easy access to Heathrow Express, trains to Windsor, trains to the Harry Potter tour at Warner Brothers studio, and the tube to central London. Joel and Nacho were great hosts, super friendly with excellent suggestions. Our family loved having all the space - two bedrooms, two baths, living area and kitchen.

Beautiful apartment!

My husband and I, along with another couple, rented this apartment the last week of October. You won't be disappointed! The apartment is exactly as advertised, spacious, clean and well appointed. Having a washer and dryer on site was a great convenience. This comfortable apartment was a welcome retreat after a busy day sightseeing. Located on a quiet street, 5 minute walk to either Edgeware or Paddington station, close to supermarkets and a wide variety of restaurants. Joel was a gracious and helpful host. We have already recommended this apartment to friends and family.

Excellent London Experience

The location here is outstanding for touring London, especially if you want an experience beyond the tourist traps. Lots of restaurant and grocery options are nearby. It is an easy walk to the tube or train. There is a pleasant shady park nearby for strolling. The owners were very responsive, happy to help us with anything we needed in the apartment or in London in general. The apartment had lovely historic details, a plethora of travel books, very comfortable bedding and an adorable kitchen where everything was just right.

Perfect Place near Paddington

Our family of five loved this flat in Paddington near Little Venice. The apartment is clean, tastefully decorated, and close to Paddington Tube and train station. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed and great bath and shower. The second bedroom is spacious with good storage with the 2nd bathroom just steps away. Having a washer and dryer made life in London and packing for our trip much easier. The kitchen is well equipped with a nice size refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. The apartment is on a quiet street and just a 5 minute walk to Paddington Station via a walkway under the road and a bridge over the canal. The area near the canal has several good restaurants and a small grocery to stop by on your way home from the tube station. Joel was friendly and very helpful during the entire booking process. When we return to London we will definitely call this home again.
