Best of both worlds in Torremolinos. Newly refurbished top floor south west facing apartment with fantastic sea views from both balconies. Two minutes walk from the train station with a bus-stop right outside and yet less than 10 minutes walk to either Carihuela or Bajondillo beaches. Tapas bars, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets right on your doorstep but in a quiet, secure, mainly residential apartment block near the centre of Torremolinos with entry-phone access. Air-conditioning (both cold and warm) in the lounge and master bedroom and Television with many English channels (including BBC 1, BBC 2 and BBC 4, ITV, Channel 4 and 5 and many more Freeview channels) plus Spanish channels and TV with DVD player in twin bedroom. Newly installed walk-in shower in brand new shower-room with heated towel rail plus completely refitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and toaster plus washing-machine. Newly refurbished communal swimming pool in the grounds which has a fence round for safety for children. Some sun loungers and chairs provided for use round the pool. There are two lifts up to the seventh floor which is the top floor and therefore affords fantastic seaviews and also a cooling breeze even in the height of summer

This apartment had it all - perfect location, great views, spacious rooms and well resourced facilities. I have never rented anywhere with such a great choice of wine glass! The wifi worked even at the pool - which was a lovely pleasant large area and huge pool that wasn't ice cold - just nice. Very quiet no crowds even at the height of the season. Central to shops train station and beach - fantastic!
We have been holidaying in different parts of Spain for about 15 years and one of the deciding factors for buying in this area is that it is convenient for everything while still being a quiet, mainly residential block
We stayed in a neighbouring apartment a couple of years ago and were so impressed with the location that when an apartment went on the market we decided to fulfil our long held dream of owning a holiday apartment in Spain.
We love the fact that there is always a cooling breeze because the apartment is in such an open area. We have lovely views with the living room and master bedroom having fantastic seaviews from the rooms themselves and the balconies leading off them. You can see Benalmadena Marina in the distance and watch the cruise ships on their way to and from Malaga. The kitchen and second twin room have an equally exciting view towards central Torremolinos which looks great at night with all the twinkling lights. You can be in your holiday apartment within less than an hour of touching down on the tarmac at Malaga airport using the convenient train at the airport or by using a taxi.
