A luxury detached villa in a peaceful area of the Red Sea's premiere resort town of El Gouna. Its light and spacious air conditioned accommodation is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor is a huge open-plan lounge with separate dining area and additional seating area, a large high specification kitchen with a breakfast bar and also a guest cloakroom. On the first floor is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and two twin-bedded rooms which share a large shower room. Two of the bedrooms have their own private balconies overlooking the beach. Stairs lead up to an enormous roof terrace with stunning panoramic views. There is a separate annexe in the front garden, known locally as a Maid's Room, which has a small bedroom with bunk beds and an en suite shower room. Set in newly landscaped gardens, the villa has its own private heated pool with a swim up bar and barbecue. The sun soaked pool terrace leads directly onto the beach and has fantastic views of the lagoon and mountains beyond together with covered areas for sitting and dining al fresco. Free Wi-Fi is included.
As a group of four adults, it was our first visit to Egypt. The baron landscape as we travelled from the airport initially made us question if Egypt was the place for us, but as soon as we reached El Gouna we settled in immediately. Everything that we arranged with Ellie went exactly as planned such as transfers, extended welcome pack and Andy to greet us on arrival.
Our visit was very much orientated to get some winter sun with the gentlemen of the group looking to play a few rounds of golf.
The first day or two proved comparatively cooler than we were expecting, but after that we enjoyed temps in the late 20's early 30's.
The villa was excellent, with everything we required available. The pool was wonderful and we made good use of all the spacious facilities. The beds were comfortable enough for a good nights sleep, an area in which we have been disappointed with in other villas in the past.
Taxi fares to the mariner, shops and restaurants costs less than £1.50 sterling that we found excellent value as we normally go down the car hire route. The restaurants that we visited all provided tasty well priced food and on the whole the service was very good.
Despite some poor reviews regarding the golf, we managed three enjoyable rounds. Our handicaps are 21 and we found the course in good condition and plenty challenging enough. Green fees are quite pricey but I suspect that it is a expensive course to maintain.
Our intentions are to return to Ellie's villa in the future hopefully for a longer stay, with a view to using other facilities that the area has to offer including me joining my wife for some snorkelling that she thoroughly enjoyed on this trip.
We love Gouna and knew it is amazing. But this was our first time to Ellie's villa which is more than excellent. Already upon your entrance you face this stunning open view to the water together with the mountains. You have your own beach lagoon, your own heated pool, terrace...the villa inside is very spacious, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay there and already booked for our next coming vacation. Highly highly recommended. EXCELLENT
We (five adults) spent a wonderful, unforgettable and sunny week in Ellie's big, white and comfortable villa. We liked so many things in the villa and in El Gouna but I mention here just a few ones. The swimming pool was our big favorite in the evenings. 29 degrees warm water, pool lights, sky with stars and even an own bar in the pool. El Gouna offers great possibilities for walking. We walked every day via the Golf Club to the Down Town and back and lot of more. The Seascope Submarine trip from the New Marina to the coral reefs was one of the highlights. Beautiful corals, fishes, turtles etc. We hired a motor boat and spent one day driving the many lagoons (also the 'home' lagoon) watching the very nice architecture of El Gouna. Big thanks to Ellie and Andy. Everything was very well organized.
Perfect location for an amazing getaway.
We stayed in this nice villa for the second time and it was again one of our best holidays we had. Everything was well really well arranged (again) from the driver that was standing at the airport to the contact person who was waiting in the villa. Ideal for families or just a group of friends to relax and enjoy the Egyptian hospitality.
It has the perfect location in the very peaceful environment and not far to the center. Just call a ‘Tuk Tuk’ and you will be there in 5 minutes.

I stayed in this villa over the week with my big family and kids, it was perfect choice for me.
First the location is really nice, with the lake view and the mountains in the horizon. Then for the privacy, I was seeking sort of private calm location, and this was relatively satisfying my needs, the orientation of the neighbour villa on the right side was not very good, and missing tree along the trees fence that separate the 2 villas violate the privacy a little bit, but still rarely someone pass from beside this area of the fence.
The Villa itself is very clean, very well maintained and equipped with very nice indoor and outdoor furniture. The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything you will ever need. The indoor and outdoor area of the villa is big and good enough for big family.
Ellie is a very kind and flexible person, also Andy (her representative in El-Gouna) was very helpful and cooperative during my stay.
Personally, I would like to plan another future vacation in this Villa, and of course recommend it for my friends.
My husband and I, our three children and their partners had a fantastic week in the Villa. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The poolside barbecue was used several times for quieter evenings and the abundance of good quality restaurants in the town made eating out a pleasure. The pool and frontage onto the lagoon was gorgeous and the tastefully decorated air conditioned interior made for a welcome refuge from the heat.Our family like to fill every minute with fun and El Gouna provided an abundance of things to do.In a week we managed to charter a boat for an amazing day snorkelling off the reefs, hired Paddle boards in the lagoon.Raced go karts,went on a Segway tour of the town and even rode a Camel. We had a fantastic afternoon at the slide park wake boarding and knee boarding and a memorable quad safari into the desert. Getting around was so easy with taxis and tuk tuks a free phone call away. We rarely return to the same place but my family all agreed it was one of our best holidays ever and we will be back.

Airport transfers can be arranged as can a welcome pack of groceries to be paid for on check in to my local agent, together with a £200 refundable security deposit. The cost of water & electricity used during your stay to be paid on check out.
A deposit of £150 per week is required to secure a booking, with the balance of the rental fee to be paid 10 weeks before the arrival date.
