On the second and third floor of this monumental Amsterdam building, this lovely apartment is situated. White with characteristic beams, hardwood floor, fully equipped kitchen and a view from both the bedroom and living room onto the Munt and the Singel-canal adjacent to the flower market. All the main sightseeing as well as the nice restaurants and bars are at walking distance. Main street stores and public transport are conveniently near. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with kitchen and pantry which leads to the terrace, one bedroom, one double bed in the attic, separate bathroom and toilet.

About The Owner
After working together for a couple of years, B&B Vastgoed Amsterdam was established in 1998 by Martijn Bunk and Dries Borggreve as a realestate developing company.During the years we started to rent out some of our self developed luxury apartments to expatriates and since 2007 we have succesfully focussed on the short term rental marked.In the apartmentbuilding on the Marnixstraat, which houses four of our five luxury apartments, we designed and built the second, third, and forth floor apartments ourselves. The recently renovated first floor apartment was designed by an architect and built by a hired contracter according to our specifications. The Wilhemina apartment we designed and built ourselves.In 2007 we started with a booking agent to do our bookings, but decided during that year to start a website to generate our own bookings. Our site went on air in the beginning of 2008, and facilitates direct online bookings. It now generates an estimated eighty percent of our bookings.We also fascilitate other owners to add apartments to our site, this way we can help more people finding nice apartments in Amsterdam. Either by direct booking or on request.
