Quintessential English Beach House With 6 Bedrooms, Sleeps 12

This is a stunning architect designed English Beach House 75 metres from the beach on the quiet and historic Angmering-on-Sea private seaside estate. An hour and a half from London and definitely a perfect relaxing retreat for a week, or weekend away from it all with family and friends.

The house has been beautifully refurbished in classic English beach style, with marble and porcelain floors, white walls and a cool modern seaside atmosphere. It is fully equipped for up to 12 people including children, with beach games & films. I

This home possesses a huge kitchen/breakfast room with 5 metre bi-fold doors onto the horizon level deck. There are five double bedrooms, plus a twin room. Outside there is a large garden with a sheltered 'beach effect' sunbathing area and sun loungers. Everything that you need for the perfect break.

Coriander Beach House is perfect for up to twelve people in complete and luxurious comfort. It is finished to an extremely high standard with furniture & furnishings to match and has a whole of house healthy ventilation system for allergy sufferers.

The huge kitchen/dining room with part vaulted ceiling has twin oak and glass tables with retro Eames chairs. Through the 'hidden' sliding door in the kitchen is alternative access into the large and comfortable lounge decorated in a more classical style also overlooking the deck and back garden. The master bedroom with super king size bed has a bath in situ and en-suite, a vaulted oak ceiling and 6 electrically operated velux windows. Bed 2 with king size bed and en-suite has stunning sea views. There is also a downstairs bedroom for guests with reduced mobility.

In addition there is a relaxing upstairs sun room with sea views. This house is a haven in West Sussex.....

A Stunning House and Amazing Holiday

We stayed at Coriander Beach House this Summer for two weeks. The house is truly impressive and easily coped with the 12 of us. There is plenty of room, a comfortable deck area with the most comfortable sunbeds I've ever sat in, a massive kitchen/dining area and a superb drawing room with Sky HD for the big boys and an X-Box for the big and smaller boys (with all the latest games). The nearby beach is stunning and the sea so clean. We never ran out of things to do and really enjoyed this stunning property. We have already booked two weeks for next Summer. A big thank you to the owner Chris for all his help and advice on things to do in the local area on the less sunny days to. Do try this house, you will definitely not be disappointed.

Beautifully Appointed Property in Amazing Location

I have been meaning to write this for some time and re-booking the house for this January 2014 was my catalyst. We stayed at Coriander Beach House for a family holiday in January 2013. The house was absolutely perfect and far nicer than even the pictures describe. It was Winter and so very quiet and we had the best time together and couldn’t fault anything. The whole property has a really lovely contemporary feel and the customer service of the owner was excellent. The house was beautiful and perfect for those that want relaxation and a great holiday. Everyone loved it, from the oldest of us, to the little kids who had so much to do, and even our teenagers were never bored. The beach is also excellent, almost deserted, clean and 30 seconds from the house. We would highly recommend everything about Coriander Beach House. Finally the private Angmering-on-Sea Estate was such a jewel in itself, an amazing small seaside community just an hour or so from our London home. No more Devon and Cornwall for us now!

An Amazing and Breathtaking Property

3 generations of my family stayed at Coriander Beach House this Summer. The house is even more beautiful and well equipped than the description and photographs indicate. The private estate of Angmering-on-Sea is an absolute gem. On arrival the property was absolutely spotless and the decoration immaculate. Chris the owner was ever so helpful in advising us on places to visit with not one poor recommendation. We dined out frequently on his advice and our trips out were always fabulous. We will be back and have recommended this beautiful house to our friends. It is absolute 5 star.... Penny.
