Fully equipped and well located for visiting the city on foot

GRANVIA EXPERIENCE is located on the 5th floor of a building in Art Nouveau style of the 1900s, filled with antique ornaments and provided a lift.

Entirèrement renovated apartment has all comforts, new furniture and appliances d'appareils of the best brands.

The living room consists of two adjoining areas: the first is a dining room for 6 people and the second features a bed- sofa for two and a TV with a 32 inch flat screen Sony. The living room also has a balcony with a table and two chairs, ideal for breakfast or to relax a bit before facing a day of sightseeing or business in the city. The room also has an air conditioner / heater which ensures an ideal temperature throughout the year.

The master bedroom has a large closet, air conditioning / heating and a nice balcony.

The single room has a wardrobe, a single sofa bed-, a small desk and a interior window.

The kitchen includes refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, 4-burner stove, sink, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, pots, dishes and cutlery.

The shower room is separate French style toilet. Has an equipped Due tub bath screen, which will also allow you to use it as a shower too. In the interior of the cabinet is the shower room hair dryer, iron, ironing board and a center of camping.

Wide Beds

Very comfortable and wide beds, big plasma tv, free internet, kitchen with all utensils, enough of towels for everybody (2 per person), very close to metro station and to all main destinations, close to shops and bars, contact person: great!

Granvia "great" experience

Very pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment for a period of 10 days (for work combined with few days holiday). The charm is in the old building, ornament ceilings, design furniture and the personal touch of the owner. To me it was perfect: I was looking for a nice area in Barcelona, where I could enjoy ''everyday Barcelona life''. Beautiful building! Well equiped apartment. The owner was very hospitable and available for any questions. All the essentials are there. Nice little coffeebar downstairs for everyday coffee and a wine at night.

Beaucoup de goût

Cet appartement est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Il est très bien équipé. Nous avons bien apprécié la présence d'un climatisation dans la salle de séjour ainsi que dans la chambre. Il a tout le confort qui permet d'effectuer un agréable séjour. Cet appartement donne d'autre part sur une belle cour intérieure coupée des bruits de la ville et où les occupants de l'immeuble peuvent se rencontrer. Nous avons également apprécié le fait que cet appartement soit situé près de la Plaza de España,ce qui donne un accès rapide et facile à la ville historique de Barcelone.

Bitterly Disappointed

This property looked nothing like it did on the web page. The alleged second bedroom was not equipped as such, had no natural light or air conditioning. The living room had to be used as a bedroom. Apart from the bathroom sink and the dining cutlery (which were good) the whole place was fitted out in the cheapest and flimsiest possible way. The noise, including throughout the night, was horrendous, both from the road but also from within the building. strange internal ducts meant that the kitchen and lavatory had internal windows and noise carried throughout the building.

On arrival I immediately contacted the agent who offered me my money back. We were prepared to move anywhere. The owner then rejected this offer, saying that the apartment was as advertised. It was not: the mouldy teatowels, absence of any cooking utensils and the cockroach killer under the sink says it all about this apartment. Could be lovely if modernised, but it isn't.

Just perfect

It was an unforgettable experience. The apartment is completely new, with all needed elements of a modern flat in a quite neighborhood. Clean, all almenities, very well located and with amazing view over Plaza España. Just 15 min walking to Plaza Cataluña, really close to shopping and the “Fira de Barcelona” (Barcelona Fair). Nice house with elevator. Air conditioning is working perfect and you get fresh air as cold as you like all day long. Everything you may dream about at the kitchen. Large and very up to date bathroom. Thanks to Francesca for his kind help with parking and other questions we had. Absolutely recommend everybody who wishes a visit in this wonderful city.

Spacious apartment recently refurbished and ideally located near metro, Ramblas, Casa Battlo, Gothic District - really at center of things. A good base to explore Barcelona, excellent markets nearby.

Granvia Experience is a completely renovated apartment in June 2013. It has a WiFi and can accommodate up to 5 people. It is located a few meters from the famous Plaça Espanya, where there is a judgment of the Aerobus (Express bus for the airport) and line 46 (economic bus to the airport), Las Arenas (a new shopping center) The famous' Magic Fountain of Montjuic "and the Fira Park of exhibitions and trade fairs in Barcelona.

Plaza Catalunya is within walking distance in 15 minutes or 5 minutes by bus. Just in front of the door of the building there is a bus stop with 12 bus lines for quick access to any part of Barcelona. Plaça Espanya A is also a metro station and trains with 6 subway lines (L1, L3, L8, S4, S8, S33) and 4 train lines (R5, R6, R50, R60).

Granvia Les Corts Catalanes is one of the most fascinating avenues of the city that runs through in its entirety.
