Beautiful open concept contemporary vacation home with lots of entertainment and full-length deck. Great room has cathedral ceilings, flagstone fireplace and spectacular views of the mountains and ski area. Perfect for large families. 4 bedroom and 4 bathrooms provide lots of personal space. Pool table, sauna, hot tub, big screen TV, 3 TVs total, DVD, stereo. Fully equipped.

5 minutes to the Killington Mtn Base lodge

The best renter who rents a SUPERB Place

We went to the rustic house for a Killington ski trip with 12 people. The renter of this house was one of the nicest, kindest renters I have ever dealt with. He made sure our stay was fantastic!

The Rustic House was one of a kind. It is very private and has a great living style. We used all the features from the very delux hot tub to the elegant pool table. It was quiet when we needed it to be and provided an awesome environment for the party in us.

He kept me up to date with the ski conditions at Killington and anything we needed to know about the house. He made the planning of a ski trip for 12 extremely easy as he was flexible in all facets of our renting experience.

If this becomes an annual trip we will, without second thought, rent from here again!

Great Weekend!

Our group consisted of 12 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. We had a blast and a great experience. The house was a great fit for our group. Having a pool table, sauna, hot tub and outdoor porch, made our stay great. There are plenty of bedrooms and space to spread out.

Scott, the owner was great from start to finish. He responded to my emails right away and made sure there were no surprises.

If you are looking for a weekend getaway, I recommend this place. The rustic house is awesome and in a great location.

I would definitely come back here!

One of the BEST rentals in Killington, VT!

This house was terrific! It was "as advertised". The house was very spacious with an open layout, plenty of space and rooms, a fabulous view of the mountain line from a very spacious, spanning deck.

The house comes with all the amenities: s/s grill, large deck, dumpster out front for easy disposal of trash, large bedrooms, great basement room with pool table, dart board, hot tub with TV and sauna.

My friends and I have rented several houses throughout all of New England's ski towns and this house is definitely one of the best! I highly recommend it!

Also, dealing with Scott and his wife was so pleasant! Very laid back and understanding to renter's desires; this is readily apparent by the care and pride they express in their home.

The location is great too - 5 minutes from the mountain AND cabs know exactly where it is and are happy to pick up guests to drive to the different night life offerings.

Can't go wrong here!!

Stayed at Scotts house again on july4th for 5 nites and as usual evwerything was great.Plenty to do at that time of year and we did a lot of it.Thanks Scott for the use of your home for what I believe was for about the 5th time.We definitly will be back.Val andLinda Caruso,Hamden Ct. 8/26/11 Nite of Hurricane Irene,I hope it's not to bad!

This house will not disappoint!

Stayed at the Rustic House last weekend with a big group and had a wonderful time. The house has a great layout, it's cozy and warm but still very spacious and can easily accommodate a large party. The hot tub was great as well after a long day on the slopes. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and made the renting process very easy, as he is very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. He also is very prompt returning the security deposit as well. Having stayed at both the Owl House and the Rustic House, I'd recommend both and will definitely stay again!
