This south facing, ground floor luxury apartment is located within the prestigious development of Cascadas de Calahonda, situated midway between Fuengirola and Marbella. This is one of the very few ground floor apartments with an uninterrupted view to the sea and an exceptionally large sun terrace. Calahonda is becoming a major town on the Costa del Sol and has good local shops with plenty of restaurants and bars. Over 310 days of sunshine per year and outside winter temperatures of 20 degrees C. Make this area an all year round holiday destination.

Gibraltar, just over one hours drive away is well worth a visit.

Excellent apartment with all facilities as advertised, probably best in the complex. We had a relaxing time in the comfortable apartment and enjoyed the spacious terrace with wonderful views. Hassle free reservation, arrival, departure and prompt return of deposit. All in all superb. 10/10.

magnificent Magnolia!!

We `ve recently returned from ten wonderful days in this lovely appartment.
Friends of ours were getting married in near by Mijas costa at a hotel where most of the wedding guests were situated, however, we decided to combine the nuptials with a family holiday and spent endless hours trawling the net for an appartment that best met our needs, and, boy, who says hard work does n`t pay off?!!
The whole affair from airport to appartment was seamless thanks to assured and concise instruction from the owners, who also went to the trouble of a personally locating the wedding hotel( above and beyond- greatly appreciated)
As for the appartment( and i use that description loosely as given the huge terrace and garden and superb -mostly empty-pool it could pass as a villa!)since we`ve returned home i`m still to find something that the appartment did n`t have.
The view out over Calahondha and the sea from the terrace left a lump in my throat at first sight and we spent most evenings devouring fine cheese and Rioja whilst reading , gazing out at the twinkling lights of yachts between chapters (heavenly)
The children absolutely loved their stay,in between swimming they were more than occupied with the games and sat tv

We enjoyed some delicious meals at local restaurants recommended by the owners(thanks again)and benefitted from the well-stocked near-by supermarkets and had much fun exploring( puerto banus,Mijas pueblo,water parks all just a short drive away, to name but a few)
Suffice to say when we return to the area we won`t be looking to stay anywhere else.

Relax in luxury in the sun

We had a week at Cascadas in August and loved it. There is so much going for this wonderful apartment - the facilities included [everything you could possibly require], the space both inside and out [lovely patio with large table], the superb views across the Med, the pool just a few yards away, the modern equipment incl LCD TV, and its handy location for visiting so many of the Costa's delights.

Will definitely be returning ... next year?

This is a well equipped, beautifully finished apartment, in a stunning position with a glorious view over to Morocco. We particularly enjoyed the luxury of the large terraces and garden and the wonderfully clean (and empty) swimming pool, which was so close to the apartment it felt like our own private pool.
Both the owner and his on-site representative were courteous and helpful from initial booking enquiry to arrival home.
Thank you for sharing your place in the sun with us for two weeks.

great apartment with fantastic view

first i want to say how great it was to deal with the owner michael bond.he is an excellant communicaterand stayed in touch with us through the whole experience from the time we booked until we left.
the property description is just like it is advertised with the oudoor living area such a great place for relaxing or just taking in the view,it is very well equipped and we cooked many fantasic meals while there and also enjoyed going to some of the many fine restaurants in the area
it is very well suited for day trips since it is almost in the middle of costa del sol ,we visited gibralter ronda malaga and so many other places like coin and mijas all less than a one hour drive away
we would recommend this property to anyone and hope to return ourselves in the next couple years

Cascadas de Calahonda is a development of 17 luxury houses, each house containing 4 apartments and 2 penthouses, it is a traffic free environment with 24 hrs security. The apartment is furnished to a high standard with everything designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, with Air Conditioning/Central Heating controls at your finger tips and a Sky television system to keep you up to date with the news from home. The terrace is huge! 64 sq mtrs, partly covered (for those that don't like the sun). Table and chairs (x6) for eating al fresco, Sun beds (x4), and a BBQ. This leads to your own private garden area with direct access to a large swimming pool 25 mtrs away. The apartment sleeps 4 in the 2 bedrooms, a further 2 beds are available at additional charge, for our very young visitors a cot and highchair are available at a nominal charge, please contact for more details.
