1 Bedroom apartment for 2 - 4 People

Located in the heart of Palma's old town. Very close to the city's cultural sites, restaurants, bars and transport links.

The apartment is 40sqm in size with an open plan kitchen. The bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed and the sofa can also change into a bed and sleep 2 people comfortably.

With 2 large full length windows and 2 medium sized windows, the apartment is well lit. The windows are triple glazing to sound proof the apartment.

There is an air conditioning unit in the living room area which can cool the entire apartment.

Directly below the main window is a charming little square with restaurants and cafes. You can sit at one of these and still enjoy the apartments free Wi-Fi connection.

Palma beach is about 15 minutes’ walk away through the old town and those who want to travel to other beaches in the island can do so from the central bus/train station at Plaza España, less than 10 minutes’ walk from the apartment.

For those renting cars, there is an underground public car park directly below the apartment however this can be expensive, street parking is approximately 800 meters from the apartment.

The apartment is not equipped with a washing machine and for this reason, perhaps not suitable for extended stays.

Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and a 4 person dining table.

Petit appart bien pour un couple, bon matelas, fonctionnel.

A 10/15mn à pied de la plupart des lieux touristiques au coeur de la vieille ville, idem pour venir à pied de la gare/gare routière plaza de España et aussi du marché de Olivar, lieu unique pour trouver des produits frais de qualité, poissons, fruits et légumes, viande, etc.

Appart propre et moins bruyant que l'on pourrait croire. Proprio disponible pour répondre aux questions par email.

I will recommend this flat to every couple who want to visit easily the old town as everything is very near by foot. Clean, good matress.
