Cottage accommodation on ground and first floor includes spacious sitting room with Inglenook fireplace, separate dining room, fully fitted kitchen and sheltered walled garden to the rear overlooking the local churchyard. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room and 2 modern bathrooms, one with basin, toilet and shower and one with bath,(with shower over), basin and toilet.

The cottage is located in Fareham's historic High Street which is lined both sides with elegant, predominantly Georgian buildings. The High Street was developed to accommodate the private residences of senior naval officers who were escaping from the hurly burly of Portsmouth and the dockyards. There is off street parking nearby and the cottage is within walking distance of all amenities including a wide variety of shops, local pubs and a large choice of restaurants, cinema and other entertainment venues.

Fareham is situated between the major historic cities of Southampton and Portsmouth on the south coast of England. A short ferry crossing to the Isle of Wight.
