The Luxury Apartment Comprises Of Two Large Bedrooms, A Double And Two Singles;

The luxury apartment comprises of two large bedrooms, a double and two singles; a good sized fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine etc. Bathroom with usual facilities and a large lounge with two settees, one of which is a bed settee providing additional sleeping for two. TV / Satellite / CD radio are installed as are ceiling fans throughout. The lounge leads onto a west-facing patio, which overlooks the gardens and small swimming pool and gardens. The patio area gets the sun all afternoon and into the evening. There is included in the rental a weekly maid service and linen change.

The small complex [35 apartments] is a short 2-minute walk away from a sporting complex, the Aztec Centre. The beach is a pleasant 20-minute stroll just past the shops at Riviera. Taxis and buses can be found here. Summer Rentals Only £400.00 Per Week. Ideally located

Edificio Coral is a small development of 35 apartments. The apartment is a short 2-minute walk away from a sporting complex, the Aztec Centre which clients can use for a small fee. The Aztec centre boasts tennis courts, heated pool, crazy golf, pool room and two restaurants. The beach is a pleasant 20-minute stroll just past the shops at Riviera. Taxis and buses can be found here.

The luxury apartment comprises of two large bedrooms, a double and two singles a good sized fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine etc.

The lounge is equipped for your entertainment with Satellite TV receiving UK TV channels 1-5 etc, DVD, CD player, small library and games and leads out onto your own private balcony which overlooks a dry river bed.

CEILING FANS ARE INSTALLED THROUGHOUT THE APARTMENT. The lounge leads onto a west facing patio which overlooks the gardens and swimming pool. The patio area gets the sun all afternoon and into the evening. There is included in the rental a weekly maid service and change of linen.

A large double bedroom with fitted double wardrobes. A DVD / TV has been installed for your enjoyment. For additional security a safe has been installed within the room. A bright and spacious room with the additional advantage of a ceiling fan.

The second bedroom with its own double fitted wardrobe overlooks the second green of Miraflores golf course. A bright and spacious room with the additional advantage of a ceiling fan.

The fully equipped kitchen caters for your ever need. The fully equipped modern kitchen has fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven grill and hob, and all the everyday conveniences you will need for either long or short rental lets.

A safe secure and private communal pool. Sun beds and parasols are provided for you. The pool overlooks a dry river bed and is gated for complete security. A newly installed toilet and shower block ensures your day at the pool is enjoyed by the whole family. The pool is only used by the complex, and never gets crowded

' Riviera Del Sol. A small group of shops is a 15-minute walk away. Try David's bar for a relaxing evening drink. A very popular bar as is the George's bar and Max’s Beach. There are a variety of restaurants, shops , shopping mall and bars/ discos etc. in Riviera, as well as a 5-minute drive away in Calahonda / El Zoco. The restaurants are good and exceptionally popular. There are also car hire rental agencies and ATMs. A very peaceful and popular park and gardens surround the shops. 'Just a two-minute walk down the road is the Aztec Centre. It is a sporting complex with exceeding good facilities. Good sized swimming pool, tennis courts, paddle tennis, Miniature golf and a gymnasium as well as beauty and physiotherapy rooms. It is open to non-residents and provides not only excellent reasonable priced food, but also evening entertainment for all ages. There is a state of the art Internet centre and games room. The atmosphere is very good and to sit on the balcony enjoying the evening sun and just people watching, is in itself, a joy. As important the people that run it are not only friendly but also a real source of information. Trips, golf rounds etc can be booked from here.

Riviera Del Sol.

There are a variety of restaurants, shops and shopping mall as well as bars/ discos, Bank and ATMs etc. Calahonda, El Zoco is a 2 minute drive away. A very peaceful and popular park and gardens surround the shops.

Shopping

There are several small stores, restaurants, bars etc. within easy walking distance. Two minutes by car / taxi / bus is a large Supersol [similar to a small Tesco's] and a further two minutes away a large Lidle. A well-stocked Hypermarket is 10 minute away in Fuengirola, provides a good range of goods. It is next to Dunne's superstore.

Fuengirola and Marbella are exceptionally good for clothes and shoe shopping for all ages.

Just outside Marbella, a 10-minute drive away is La Canada, a large shopping mall. Good for fashion shopping.

Gibraltar is approximately 50 minutes away.

Car Rental

A car is not vital to the enjoyment of your holiday. The beach, bars and shops are all within walking distance, as is a taxi rank and bus stops. If you want to explore further afield there are many car rental agencies that will allow you to pick up a car at the airport and leave it there once finished. The apartment is an easy 30-minute drive from the airport. Arrangements can be made if you wish, to either pick you up at the airport, taking you directly to the apartment or to have a car left for you.

10 Minutes Marbella; 10 Minutes Fuengirola; 10 Minutes from Mijas

5 Minutes Cabopino; 45 minutes Gibralter; 5 minutes La Cala

30 Minutes Malaga / Airport

Cabopino Harbour:

Cabopino is a short 5-minute drive away. Superb restaurant, [try Albert’s for atmospheric dining with free evening entertainment]. Lovely beach with sunbeds for hire, water sports, beach bars etc. Turn right to Andy's beach bar to find easy parking for the beach. Try some paella at the seafood restaurant whilst overlooking the harbour. A beautiful place to while away the hours. The beach boasts a lifeguard. Sunbeds can be hired locally.

    Hi Colin, What a fab place, thank you so much for letting us stay. We have had a really good time and, funds permitting, would probably like to go again next year! We got to grips with the buses as the taxis seem to be quite pricey. The return journey to Malaga was 25 Euros as opposed to 50 and very easy to do. We had a great day at the aqua park and visited both shopping malls. The apartment is lovely and made good use off the pool. We have left a lilo in the cupboard in the 2nd bedroom; we think it has a slow puncture but was OK in the pool. I will post both sets of keys back to you tomorrow; hope you have had a good trip to Madrid. Once again, many thanks we will have no hesitation in recommending you. With best wishes.

We absolutely loved it and the area and definitely want to go through with renting for a year from end of August as I suspect you anticipated! Got back late last night so will write talk more fully later on today. 'Specially loved the dry river bed as a view. Once again, many thanks for letting us your lovely flat. The directions from the airport were crystal clear and I soon got used to driving on right after setting off on left once or twice, luckily on quiet road. Best wishes, Ruth.

"The appartment is neat and well-suited. The location is pretty calm for Spain and in a nice neighborhood. Swimming pool is pretty nice as well even if not very large but quite sufficient for 4 people. Nice try to be renewed."
