Well maintained and tastefully furnished, 1st floor apartment, in secure building with a lift. Perfect for business travellers, families and for short term relocations.

This apartment has been recently renovated and is in a period building and contains a bedroom complete with double bed and built in wardrobe.

The kitchen is open plan, and includes Dishwasher, Oven , hob, microwave, full size fridge freezer, a washer /dryer.

The lounge contains sofabed, dining table, a large Flat screen TV, DVD, Stereo and WiFi broadband.

The apartment is extremely central and located a short walk from Charlotte street which contains a large number of restaurants, traditional english pubs and amenity stores. It is part of London’s “West End” and within walking distance to a number of tourist attractions including, Madam Tussauds, British Museum, British Library, Oxford/Regents/Bond/Carnaby streets, Buckingham Palace, St James/Hyde/Regent’s Parks, SoHo and Covent Garden.The nearest underground stations include,

Excelente apartamento, bien ubicado con facil acceso a las atracciones turisticas. Luminoso, moderno y bien equipado, ideal para una pareja o familia. Fuimos con nuestros hijos y nos sentimos muy comodos. A pocos metros hay dos supermercados, bancos y cafes y restaurantes. Fuimos muy bien atendidos por los encargados.Lo recomiendo

Excellent apartment, very well located with easy access to London attraction’s. Full of light, modern and well equipped, ideal for a couple or a small family. We occupied the flat with our kids and we felt very comfortable. There are a couple of super markets in a short walking distance, banks, coffee shops and restaurants. We were very well attended by the managers. I really recommend it.

Good for two people

We were four women traveling together. The flat i think is better suited for 2 people to share the one bedroom. It is actually surprisingly spacious for a London flat but the Ikea futon sofa in the living room just isn't comfortable for two adults. It might be ok for little kids that can fall asleep anywhere as kids do. If you already know London, the location is pretty good. Only a few blocks away from the British Museum, 2 blocks from the tube, and about a 15 min walk from Leicester Square. There are markets, pubs, etc. around for convenience. We wound up leaving early because as a middle aged woman, I simply could not get a comfortable nights sleep on the futon. I did complain about the carpets as they could stand a good shampooing. But I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for a younger couple.

Too Much Noise Below

We secured this flat May 4-18, 2013. The flat is located over a bar, with outdoor
smoking, standing, sitting area, above the living room/kitchen area. The patrons
arrive at approximately 4pm and stand outside. Bar is noted as closing at 11pm,
but patrons were standing there later. Crowds numbered 30-50 people at a time,
photos were taken but couldn't be included here. The noise was unbelievable. The owner of the flat above stated the loud noise was present Mon-Fri with the bars hours. The Wifi in this flat was VERY inconsistent, at times it would work, at other times a page would require up to 3 minutes to download, unheard of today. Photos were taken of the general cleanliness but couldn't be included, paint peeling in bathroom,mold in bathroom, very poor upkeep. The manager met us upon arrival 2.5 hours late after scheduled time selected by him, and after repeated texts, and phone calls. This was a last minute selection, a flat reserved
one year in advance went into foreclosure. We were considering two flats and
we choose the wrong one. There is too much selection in London for these
standards. I would never stay here again or recommend it.

Alfred Place is located four blocks north of Oxford street in a Northly direction. It is at the Tottenham Court Road end of Oxford Street. Additionally, at the junction of Oxford street and Tottenham court road is Charing Cross road (if heading in a southerly direction). Charing Cross road is border between SoHo and further south Leicester Square and China Town on the western side and, Covent Garden on its eastern side.

• Shaftsbury Avenue splits Soho and Leicester Square/China Town and has the highest concentration of Theatres.

• Charing Cross from days gone was the street one used to go to buy a book and still has the famous Foyles bookshop.

• Covent Garden is a key visitor attraction for its quaint shops, touristy restaurants, the two opera houses and of course the old market buildings themselves.

    Your booking is confirmed following receipt of your deposit.

    Cancellation
    Full refund less bank charges for up to 4 weeks prior to arrival and, if cancellation occurs after the remaining balance has been made, refund of any amount is subject to the relenting of the property for the period originally booked.
  • Arrival
    We always meet you at the apartment at an appointment time issued by us following your second payment
    You will be required to present a credit card on your arrival for GBP250 security deposit to cover any loss or damage.
    Late arrival supplement £25 for check-ins from 22:00
