Verraucht und eher schmuddelig

Die Lage des Hauses ist direkt oberhalb der zum Teil recht befahrenen Küstenstrasse nach Porto Santo Stefano. Dementsprechend ist es draussen ziemlich lärmig. Fenster schliessen recht gut, deshalb drinnen kein Problem. Die Lage kommt aber bei der Beschreibung nicht klar heraus. Umgebung um das Haus verwildert und nicht sehr ansprechend. Leider war v.a. in der Küche und im Wohnbereich ein hartnäckiger Gestank von abgestandenem Rauch, überall standen (z.T. randvolle) Aschenbecher herum. Dampfabzug funktionierte nicht und Licht in der Küche nur zum Teil. WLAN viel zu schwach und somit unbrauchbar. Mangelhafte Sauberkeit v.a. in der Küche mit fettigen Küchenschafttüren. An der Decke sehr viele Spinnweben. Steckdosen funktionierten nur zum Teil. Zimmeraufteilung sehr praktisch mit 5 Zimmern und je einem Bad. Eine Matratze jedoch mehr als durchgelegen. Genügend Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck.

Casa attrezzata dì tutto il necessario per cene all’aperto alla sera, ammirando Il paesaggio, o nella sala da pranzo per il giorno, con l’aria condizionata.

Amazing Views! Helpful Host!

Gorgeous home overlooking the sea close to shops and restaurants in Porto Santo Stefano. The home is beautifully decorated, light and airy and each bedroom has its own bath. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. The terrace overlooking both town and the sea is the show stopper! The sunsets were spectacular each night and there is plenty of seating. A/C worked great and was needed in August. If you stay here, just make sure you have a car that can easily make the very steep driveway up to the house. We had a 9 passenger van and it was difficult to get in and out. The other car, a small Fiat, was no problem. Rugiada, our host was communicative, very helpful with recommendations and responded fast! Her sweet mom showed us around and put up with our attempt at Italian. :) Great visit, great house!

Meravigliosa villa per una vacanza con gli amici

Ho trascorso tre giorni meravigliosi in questa affascinante villa di Porto Santo Stefano, trovata per caso alla ricerca di un alloggio per questo week end. Chiamo e immediatamente ricevo una risposta positiva dalla proprietaria, Rugiada una bellissima ragazza molto disponibile che in poche ore ci ha accolto sul posto. La villa è veramente spettacolare, volutamente lasciata con il suo charme quasi di altri tempi, comoda per un gruppo di amici come noi, perché ognuno aveva la sua camera privata con il bagno e tanta privacy. Abbiamo cenato all'aperto, c'era un bellissimo tramonto anche se faceva freddo, e ci siamo ripromessi di tornare in Giugno per una settimana, vista la bellezza del luogo, la possibilita di fare tante gite nei d'incontri, le spiagge, e questa meravigliosa villa che offre tantissimi confort. Grazie Rugiada ci rivediamo presto
