As the building has a functioning elevator you will have easy access to the apartment even if disabled or with baby trolley. The apartment provides high standard details such as a fully integrated kitchen, floor heating, Italian mosaic, air conditioning, LCD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave oven and dishwasher.

The apartment is 67 square meters, 3.30 meters ceiling height, open plan living room with kitchen. The living room contains a large sofa bed (for two persons), French balcony, wardrobe, safety deposit box, TV. Master bedroom with queen bed and TV. Second bedroom with twin beds, working space and wardrobe. Bed linen and towels are provided. Also maid service before your arrival and after your departure provided with no extra cost.

The apartment is located in the most attractive area of the city centre with only 40 meters to the famous pedestrian zone Knez Mihailova street. In the circle of 100 meters everything for the full Belgrade experience is within reach! Plenty of shopping, restaurants, bars, the famous bohemian quarters Skadarlija as well as the national theatre and much more. It is of course also very convenient with supermarkets, bakeries, 24h fast food, bus and taxi station all within one minute walking distance.

Although its central location you will not be disturbed by the city noise as the apartment is facing a quiet courtyard area. As such the apartment is also suitable for families with small children. A baby bed and baby chair can be provided upon request.
