The Owners of this wonderful Villa are a family from Basingstoke. Over nine years ago they searched high and low for the perfect accommodation in a place where they could holiday but also liked to call home. When they were unable to find something that fulfilled their exact taste and requirements they decided to fulfil their dream of having their very own Villa built and would love to share this exquisite place with you, hope you enjoy the Villa as much as we do.

Vivenda Sonhadora is situated in a superb location, only 7 Km from Junction 15 off the A22 motorway and enjoys the beautiful tranquillity of the unspoiled Eastern Algarve in between the villages of Moncarapacho and Estoi.
This very quiet and unspoiled area with its rolling hills and sea views still enjoys the traditional way of life where the local farmers can be seen transporting their goods via horse and cart.
The small market town of Moncarapacho has a beautiful square where you can enjoy a meal and a drink or two with the locals, its bars and restaurants serve excellent and reasonably priced food (It is less expensive than to the west of Faro).
You will also find a main Supermarket, 3 or 4 Mini Markets, a Post Office, Chemist, Doctors and a couple of Banks.

You are within 10 minutes of the Ria Formosa, one of the many nature reserves, 25 minutes from Faro Airport, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago Golf Courses, half an hour to Spain and one hour will take you to almost anywhere in the Algarve.
The water park in Loule is only a 25 Minute drive away from the Villa and is great fun for all the family.
You can also Swim with the Dolphins at Zoomarine which is an absolute experience.
There are a number of excellent markets nearby, (a detailed list will be in the villa) where you can pick up some real bargains, this is on the first Sunday of each month and it is in our local village of Moncarapacho. There is also a daily meat and fish market in the village with plenty of fresh fruit and veg opposite the Pharmacia and the daily fresh bread and rolls are a must!
There is an interesting car-boot sale near the beach of Fuzeta where you will find some very unusual items.
For those of you who do not want to simply holiday on the beach or by a pool and who would like to see more of the original Algarve then a circular drive through Moncarapacho, Estói, Olhão and Tavira is well worth a visit.
Not only has the Algarve got the best golfing climate in Europe it also has some of the best courses and facilities. To the West, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo courses are within 20 mins of the villa and Vilamoura is a further 15 mins on. To the East, Benamor, Quinta de Cima and the Quinta de Ria are within 30 minutes and Castro Marim a further 15 minutes on. For the less serious golfer there is a new Par 3 pitch & putt with additional driving range in Moncarapacho for fun for all the family.
