Designer luxurious village house in Maria de la Salut at 15 minutes from the beach. Newly renovated with everything that might be needed for an unforgettable holiday, designer furniture of high quality, Plasma TVs, Blue - Ray, Jacuzzi, TV Cable, Internet WI FI connection... all combined with charm, integrated in a respectful way with the original parts in this old Majorcan house.

On the ground floor you find a private gym with training machines perfect for keeping in shape, a big dinning area with a place for relaxing and a beautiful complete bathroom, at the lounge area there are a very comfortable sofa and a big Plasma TV with blue-ray, Home Cinema... near by is the kitchen, which has two areas, one of them for cooking with all amenities, oven, microwave, dishwasher and other with a place for breakfast with a lovely fireplace.

Upstairs there are the bedrooms, the principal room has a big bathroom en suite with jacuzzi and everything that you need in a luxury suite, air-conditioning, Plasma TV and communicated with the terrace... close to these rooms there is a bathroom and three comfortable rooms with air-conditioning in all of them.

Outside is a big terrace, with a traditional wood oven, garden furniture and an a children's pool, up the stairs there is the solarium with a chill out place perfect for relax in the evening or made a barbecue.

In summary, a lovely house holiday away from the noise and inconvenience of the cities or overcrowded areas and where you can enjoy the real Majorca. Only 15 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the public pool. (this swiming pool cost only 1,5 euros all day.)

Finding a place for all of us was a little tough but it was working doing our homework. We picked this place for a one week base for a group of us. We were able to visit the entire east end of the island (with a little planning). It is not on the beach, but it is relaxing and just perfect. Friendly people with excellent views and IMMACULATE inside. The gym was really clean and though we did not have children, the small pool was very refreshing. We braved a bbq and had dinner outside under the stars. Excellent choice and we recommend this very charming house.

From 01.08.2012 to 17.08.2012 we spent in this lovely home a memorable holiday. Description on the website is absolute truth. The house is located in the quiet town away from the busy tourist spots. In the presence of a hire car is not a problem. The house has everything you need for living adults and children, including a crib for the baby. Is perfectly terrace with barbecue helped us decorate an unforgettable evening in the house. Staying in this house, we were able to visit all corners of the island by car, not overpaying for a house near the beach. The owner - a very nice woman, solve any problem on the first call.
Come to Maria de la Salut - not regret.
