The Penthouse, Ocean Gate has been designed to a criteria of architectural brilliance. Every detail has been meticulously honed to provide over 3000 square feet of exceptional living space with maximum use of full height glazing and open plan design. With 1500 square feet of private rooftop terrace, The Penthouse exudes levels of quality rarely attainable with such prized panoramic views.

The Penthouse is located on the rooftop of Ocean Gate. This luxurious development occupies a prime position on Pentire Headland next to the prestigious Newquay Golf Course. The Penthouse overlooks the UK’s most celebrated stretch of surfers paradise - Fistral Bay and provides a tranquil foreground to one of the most spectacular vistas in Cornwall.

Internally, the floor to ceiling windows give a light and airy feel and high quality furnishings complete the spacious living areas. The open plan living/kitchen/dining areas spread across the whole higher level with direct access through French doors to the terrace. The surfing hotspot, Fistral Beach is right on the doorstep, with some of the finest surfing conditions in the UK. Newquay’s town centre can be reached within a fifteen minute walk and here you will find a bustling town bursting with shops, cafes and restaurants. Newquay also offers an array of family attractions including Newquay Zoo and The Blue Reef Aquarium which make for great days out.
