117 Mountwise is a selection of eight exclusive apartments located between the Gannel Estuary and Newquay’s harbour and town centre. Apartment 7 is a well-appointed rooftop apartment offering far reaching views of the Gannel Estuary and out to sea at Crantock as well as the Cornish countryside from the large roof terrace.

Internally, the property offers a open plan living with a vibrant and stylish kitchen, living and dining space which leads onto the terrace. Externally, the furnished balcony is the perfect place to relax in the sun or after a day of exploring and to enjoy the surrounding views.

The location is ideal as its only a 10 minute walk from Fistral Beach, the shops of Newquay and the bustling nightlife so really something for everyone who wants to explore Newquay. It is also close to main routes to go off and explore everything Cornwall has to offer.
