4 Bedroom Semi-detached House With Sea Views

5 Beach Road is an exceptional beach front house with uninterrupted sea views. It provides light, airy accommodation over three floors and is ideal for a family holiday for one or two families sharing. The well fitted out house overlooks beautiful Porthmeor beach, and is just five minutes walk to the harbour, shops, galleries and restaurants in St. Ives town.

5 Beach Road house has four bedrooms and can sleep 7. It is clean and airy, fitted out to the highest standard and benefits from a pleasant, enclosed rear garden with a sunny aspect.

Being so close to the beach (about 1 minute walk) it is ideal for those surfing, or having a family beach holiday. The enclosed back garden with its outside shower and storage shed make it ideal for cleaning off all that sand, and for storing surfboards and beach gear.

The views of the beach from the house also make it ideal for just sitting and looking at the lovely sea views.

For any traveler to St. Ives you will be glad to know that 5 Beach Road benefits from having parking for 2 cars right in front of the house, and its location allows easy driving access without the need to navigate narrow lanes in St. Ives town centre.

A gorgeous Beach house with panoramic views of Porthmeor beach, ideal for a family holiday. The house is located in the quiet beach road, but still easy walking distance to the Tate gallery, St. Ives town, and the beaches.

Other places of interest around are:

The Eden Project, St. Austell.

The 8th Wonder of the World and home to the world's largest greenhouse. Two gigantic geodesic conservatories - one a majestic rainforest, the other is host to the fruits and flowers of the Mediterranean, South Africa and California.

Outside the extensive grounds are landscaped and produce tea, lavender, sunflowers and hemp. There are plans for a future desert conservatory. There is a Cafe and facilities for the disabled.

St. Michael's Mount (National Trust) Marazion, near Penzance. The jewel in Cornwall's crown, a fairytale island with an exotic garden, ancient harbour, a church and a medieval castle. Access from Marazion is by foot along the causeway, or by ferry at high water.

Lands End The most westerly point in mainland Britain. Rugged wave lashed cliffs and stunning views. Longships Lighthouse and Wolf Rock are off shore and the Isles of Scilly in the distance. Exhibitions, craft and gift shops. Hotel and restaurant.

The Minack Theatre, Porthcurno, Penzance.

Uniquely situated open-air theatre on the cliffs at Porthcurno, near Lands End. Performances take place most evenings and some afternoon matinees. The Rowena Cade Exhibition Centre tells the story of its creation.

Coastal Walks The entire coast of Cornwall is accessible via the coastal path. The views are magnificent, the cliffs supreme, wild flowers are in abundance, and hidden sandy coves an unexpected delight. Some parts may be rocky or steep but every step is worthwhile.

Wonderful and Fabulous

I have stayed at this wonderful house 4 times over the past 6 years and enjoyed every stay. During those times I have been accompanied by family and friends and we have all enjoyed the facilities. Its a well maintained, fully equipped house, containing everything you need. Near the beach and the town. Fabulous place which I hope to visit again soon. Especially love the outside shower to wash off the sand.
