Rocklands is a unique development situated in the heart of Newquay perched on top of a cliff overlooking the stunning Tolcarne Beach in Newquay. It beholds a beautiful contemporary design that works in sympathy with its surroundings and boasts luxurious interiors designed to create a unique and sumptuous living experience.

The East Penthouse is located on the 6th floor and boasts a furnished balcony with stunning sea and town views. There is a separate sky loft living area on the mezzanine level providing a superb entertainment or relaxation space to enjoy the breathtaking views.

Please note: There is a £500 security deposit required on all bookings on this property.

The property operates on a Sunday changeover in July and August.

During school holidays short breaks may be accepted provided they do not overlap the changeover day.

Bookings staying over Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve must be for a minimum of 5+ nights.Check-in time for the property is 4pm.

Each apartment is fitted with state of the art kitchens, but Rocklands will be a stylish destination in itself. On the ground floor you'll find Pizza Express, a spacious restaurant where diners can enjoy a unique combination of great food, stunning views and a choice of dining inside or outside on the cliff top terrace.

Playing

For your convenience there’s an outside shower to wash the sand and sea away, a heated wet room to make sure your kit is dry and ready for the next day plus private lockers to store your boards and suit safely.

Roof top sun terrace and hot tub

We want Rocklands to be part of the local community. We also want it to have its own community. That’s why we have created areas for everyone to enjoy. In particular, we think you’ll love the rooftop sun terrace and hot tub area (available between May until end of September). Where stunning views meet sumptuous luxury and you can meet your neighbours.
