This beautiful new villa has been built in a traditional Cypriot style and designed with a contemporary, stylish interior. It is ideally located in a desirable residential area on a hill within easy access to Limassol city, shops, excellent restaurants and bars, and ancient ruins; all are within a few minutes drive. The beach is only a 5 minute drive away. The villa has a large 4 x 10 metre verandah and balcony on the first floor to all 3 bedrooms. All with a stunning sea view. There is a private swimming pool, barbecue and parking areas and garden. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, as does bedroom 3. There is a family bathroom with a shower/bath and a ground floor cloakroom. In addition, there is a poolside cloakroom. On the ground floor, as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen, there is a 50' plasma TV and DVD player. All rooms are air conditioned.

Limassol is on the southern coast of Cyprus between Larnaca and Paphos airports. It is a bustling cosmopolitan resort which has everything to offer from beaches to restaurants, excellent nightlife and historical sightseeing. Stroll for miles along the wonderful coastal promenade. A quiet walk on the outskirts of town can lead to cyclists, runners and rollerbladers whizzing past in the centre! There are plenty of lovely restaurants, cafés and bars along the way to stop and refuel and just watch the world go by. The picturesque Troodos mountains, with the 2000mt summit of Mount Olympus, is within an hours drive through a scenic route of pine forests, waterfalls and charming mountain villages. Vikla golf course is only a half hour drive away.

A deposit of 30% is required for confirmation at the time of booking (non refundable if cancelled less than 10 weeks before arrival). Balance required 8 weeks prior to arrival. All bookings made 8 weeks or less before arrival to be paid in full on booking acceptance. A security fee of 600 Euro is payable with booking fee for damage/key deposit, fully refundable, subject to satisfactory inspection on departure. Payments to be made by bank transfer.
Air conditioning is fitted in all bedrooms and lounge areas.

Electricity usage is included up to €25 per week, any additional use (whitch is unusual) is charged at local rate upon electricity reading at arrival/departure. This is deducted from the security fee.

Bed linen and towels are provided.
A weekly clean is provided if saying over 1week and any additional is available on request.
