From here, a private staircase gives access down to the communal sun terrace and hot tub.

Plus, on the ground floor you'll find Pizza Express, a spacious restaurant where diners can enjoy a unique combination of great food, stunning views and the opportunity to dine outside on the cliff top terrace.
For your convenience there’s an outside shower to wash the sand and sea away, a heated wet room to make sure your kit is dry and ready for the next day plus private lockers to store your boards and suit safely.
Rocklands plays an important part in the Newquay community but also has a great community of its own, with areas for everyone to enjoy. In particular, guests love the rooftop sun terrace and hot tub area (hot tub available between May and the end of September), where stunning views meet luxury and you can meet your neighbours.
The Rocklands development has been designed with families and couples in mind. To maintain a family friendly environment, the Owners don’t accept bookings from those under the age of 21, whether couples, same sex or mixed sex groups of that age. They reserve the right to withhold keys for accommodation if this condition is not adhered to. The comfort of guests is the priority, and if the Owners feel this is at risk, they will consider refusing or terminating a booking.

This property has a Saturday changeover. Short breaks are not accepted during school holidays. Outside of school holidays, short breaks may be accepted but must not cross the changeover day.
