Recently restored (April 2012) apartment in Riomaggiore

The flat is located in a typical local house in Riomaggiore historical downtown. It is 300 meters from the sea.

It is situated on 2 floors and can hosts up until max 6 people.

The first floor has a living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The second floor has a small living room with kitchenette, a nice bedroom and bathroom.

The 2 floors can be rented together (for 5 or 6 people) or separately (first floor only for 4 people or second floor only for 2 people). The privacy is 100% guaranteed in all cases.

Our rates are referred to the first floor part only: please read carefully on the notes below the price list the additional info for the second floor only or for the whole flat.

The apartment is a few minutes walking from the railway station or from the car parking.

We advise our guests that it is strongly recommended to arrive by train and to leave the car at La Spezia railway station parking as the car is not useful at 5 Terre (where you can go by train, by boat or even on foot across all the villages).

Riomaggiore is only 8 minutes by train from La Spezia and the parking in La Spezia is far cheaper than in 5 Terre.

The Cinque Terre area covers some 15 km along the extreme eastern end of the Ligurian coast, between Levanto and La Spezia. It is a very jagged, steep coastline, which the work of man over the millennia has transformed into an intensively terraced landscape so as to be able to wrest from nature a few hectares of land suitable for agriculture, such as growing vines and olive trees. The human communities have adapted themselves to this seemingly rough and inhospitable nature by building compact settlements directly on the rock, with winding streets. The general use of natural stone for rooting gives these settlements a characteristic appearance.

  • Our rates are referred to the first floor rental only (4 people). If you are only 2 and wish to rent the second floor only then consider 30% less on the rate. If you are 5 or 6 and need to rent the whole apartment then consider to add 30% to the above quotations.

    - 50 Euros for the final cleaning will be due and paid on site (70 euros if both floors are rented together)
