This apartment is extremely well located, just two of blocks north of Oxford street within the trendy area Fitzrovia. It is within walking distance to many London attractions. It is perfect for families, business travellers or groups of friends.

This is a two bedroom apartment situated on the Raised Ground floor of a secure Mansion Building conveniently and centrally located moments from Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road.

The flat has wood floors throughout, two double bedrooms, reception room (with double sofa bed) separate kitchen, bathroom. It can sleep up to six persons and is best suited towards:

A family with up to 4 children.

One to three couples on a short holiday break.

A business traveller and family.

In addition to the double bed in the standard bedroom, there is a second bedroom containing 1 double bed, a cot available intended for babies, In the lounge there is a sofa that opens into a double bed.

There is a well equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher and washing machine/dryer, cooker, hob and microwave.

Good location, very, very loud

The London Life folks were great - easy to communicate with, let us drop our bags off early.

Apartment was in need of an update - furniture was a bit worse for wear - especially in the family room. However, it was clean and mostly bright.

Basic amenities were fine - nice having a washer/dryer, although a bit difficult to figure out.

The main issue is the noise - single-pane windows and a busy side street to Oxford street made for very noisy nights and mornings. Both bedrooms are one story above the street level, where garbage trucks, construction, traffic and drunk club-goers pass. We honestly did not sleep until we left for a hotel.

We would not stay in this particular apartment again, but would highly recommend the area - so central to everything!

Nous avons été accueilli par M. Roberto BERGANTINO qui est très sympathique, il nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires. L'appartement est très bien situé près de Oxford Street et de tous les lieux et monuments à visiter. Nous étions 4 personnes et nous sommes restés 2 semaines. L'appartement est correct avec tout le nécessaire peut-être manque t-il quelques ustensiles de cuisines comme des plats pour le four, des saladiers... Par contre comme il a fait beau et chaud durant notre séjour, nous n'avons pas pu ouvrir les fenêtres correctement car elles sont vétustes, celles-ci doivent être changées dans l'année.

Dans l'ensemble nous sommes satisfait de cette location.

The apartment is very close to Charlotte street, and is a few blocks north from Oxford street, between Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Circus. Close by is SoHo and further south Leicester Square and China Town and, Covent Garden. Nearby attractions:

- Soho, China Town and of course London's most famous shopping area Oxford and Regents Street.

- Shaftsbury Avenue - London's Theatre Land

- Charing Cross - with the famous Foyles bookshop

- Covent Garden - with its quaint shops, restaurants, market and the opera houses

- Charlotte street itself is a buzzing area with a high concentration of restaurants and great old London pubs.

All the places mentioned above are within 10 or so minutes walk from the apartment.
