The Haven is a well-appointed four bedroom house, centrally located in the town of Cowes, Isle of Wight. The property is just 100 yards from Cowes High Street and in close proximity to the Marina and yacht clubs.

Internally, the property is set over three floors and is finished to a high standard throughout with an open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Externally, there is a fully furnished decking area which is accessed via sliding doors which open out from the kitchen area.

The Haven is only a short walk from the family friendly shingle beach and 100 yards from Cowes town centre. The pedestrianised high street is full of interesting boutiques, art galleries, shops and a selection of restaurants and pubs.

Please note that between 1st November and 31st March short breaks are only accepted at the owners discretion. Please call the owner for more information.

Situated on the lower ground floor.

Furnished with a corner sofa seating six, two seater sofa, wood burner in the fireplace and a wooden coffee table.

Features a Samsung 46” flatscreen TV with Freeview and surround sound, DVD and Blu-ray player and an ipod docking station.

Wireless internet is available for guests who bring their own laptop.

Cot and highchair provided for guests.

Full width sliding doors open out on the large decking and garden area.

Dining area complete with a table and seating for eight.

Kitchen:

Situated on the lower ground floor.

Features a gas double oven range cooker, five-burner gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Full range of utensils and cooking accessories including a microwave, toaster and kettle.

Separate utility room on the ground floor complete with storage cupboards, tumble dryer, an iron and a vacuum cleaner.

This property is accessed via four steps. Internally there are three flights of stairs.

Decking and Garden area accessed via sliding doors from the kitchen and living area. Garden is fully enclosed and furnished with a wooden table, benches, parasol and barbecue.

Just 100 yards from Cowes High Street.

Short walk to the beach.

In close proximity to Cowes Marina, near to the town’s premier Yacht clubs and Royal Yacht Squadron.

On-street parking may be available in neighbouring roads (time restrictions may apply) or a public car park is only 100 yards away. Permits available locally for £38.00 per week.

Cowes has been seen as a home for international yacht racing since the founding of the Royal Yacht Squadron in 1815. The town gives its name to the world's oldest regular regatta, Cowes Week, which occurs annually in the first week of August. Later on in the summer, powerboat races are held.

Famed for its sailing events, yachtsmen from across the world make Cowes their Mecca. But it remains a small town with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
