Quay House could arguably be one of the finest 3 bedroom holiday properties in North Cornwall. Combining an enviable position directly on Porth Beach and a superior interior, the house offers everything you would expect from a luxury holiday home.

Quay House is part of the Seashore development - a luxury conversion of a large Victorian house. This exclusive location has its own steps down to the beach as well as 2 allocated parking spaces. There are 2 steps up to the front door as well as a ramp.

Guests benefit from complimentary use of the outdoor swimming pool at Porth Veor Manor hotel (April-October), only a two minute walk away.

A welcome pack including tea, coffee and a bottle of wine is provided for guests on arrival.

Living:

Open plan living area with glorious views across Porth Beach.

High ceilings and bay windows allow plenty of light into the room.

1x two seater leather sofa (sofabed),1x four seater leather sofa, coffee table and an armchair.

Entertainment is provided by a 34" flatscreen TV with Sky + HD and a DVD player.

Wi-fi internet access.

Telephone is available for emergency and incoming calls.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is open plan to the living room and features integrated dishwasher, oven with gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Leading off the kitchen is a back door to an enclosed patio area. There is a separate utility room with w.c., wash basin, washing machine, high chair and an iron and ironing board.

The dining area between the living room and kitchen has a beautiful dining table and 6 chairs.
