It is furnished for contemporary living, finished to an incredibly high specification and boasts a HEATED pool to 28 degrees centigrade

The spacious outdoor living space is perfect for al fresco dining, relaxing and soaking up the sun!

In the evenings you will experience the most spectacular sunsets.

Villa Corcovada is a modern 4 bedroom house located in the Montechoro area of Albufeira. Brightly decorated and tastefully fitted with high quality furniture and curtains. Electric “press and go” shutters throughout.

Private HEATED swimming pool, 6.4m x 4.3m and 1.4m deep Grass area and surrounding gardens with built in barbecue and sink. Poolside shower. Sun loungers, parasols and exterior tables and chairs are provided.

Nearby beaches are Praia da St Eulalia and Praia da Oura, both within 15/20 minutes walking distance or 5 minutes by car. The sand is beautifully white and clean and there are beach bars, small shops and parking.

If you are looking for golf there is a small but testing 9 hole par three course at Balaia, within moderate walking distance or 7 or 8 minutes by car and within 15 minutes drive is the modern resort of Vilamoura which boasts seven top courses and an outstanding marina with bars, restaurants and shops. About 40 minutes drive to the west is the renowned Penina golf resort.

Beaches in the Algarve are all quite amazing but in this part of Albufeira you'll enjoy the best of the best. Beaches in the immediate vicinity include Praia da St Eulalia , ‘Praia dos Aveiros’ (small and secluded) and ‘Praia da Oura’ which offers an array of water sports

The Algarve was awarded 'Established Golf Destination Of The Year 2006' by the International Association of Golf Tour Operators.

Some of the other world class golf courses in Vilamoura include Victoria, Millennium, Pinhal, and Old Course which are approximately 15-20 minutes drive away

In addition to the many courses in the central and western Algarve, there are also numerous high-class courses in the eastern Algarve and nearby Costa de la Luz in Spain. Amongst these are signature courses from two of the world's greatest names in golf; Monte Rei designed by Jack Nicklaus, and Quinta Do Vale designed by Seve Ballesteros. Both of these courses can be reached from the apartment in around an hour.

Loved our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay. Wendy and husband of Wendy were awesome and made us feel instantly at home. Villa has everything you could need and we loved the comfort - good beds, pillows, decent showers etc. Pool area is brilliant. Area is nice and location is great - right by an Aldi and so many restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Ubers made it really easy to get to old town, marina etc.

Fabulous Villa and excellent location.

This Villa is everything you imagine when booking. Absolutely spotless clean. Pool is gorgeous, rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are modern. Washing machine and dishwasher are a god send. Gorgeous surroundings and having an Aldi literally at the top of the street is so convenient. Just a 5 minute walk to the strip and a 20 minute walk to Oura beach. There is so much close by. It’s just under €4’s for an Uber to the old town. My family and I loved every minute of our stay. I would definitely recommend this villa. We are wishing we had booked for 2 weeks now. Nick and Wendy are great hosts. So friendly and down to earth. They organise transfers so I would definitely go with them. The only issue we saw was that there are cameras inside the Villa which we found strange and unnerving especially as we were informed the owner run’s everything remotely through WiFi. I get the security aspect when the place is empty but they should be covered when there are families with small children renting. Even if they are off then there should be a way to shield them. Which we did with some clothing. Communication from the minute we booked has been second to none. Loved it and looking to book in the future.

Unbelievable villa

This villa was absolutely outstanding, grom the clean spacious rooms to the pool. I was here with my family of 5 and 2 family friends. We were stunned at how much the villa exceeded our expectations. We all had the best holiday we have ever had and owe it all to the villa, nick and wendy. From the weeks before the holiday with their communication and information. The villa really was perfect and there is nothing i would change, it has brilliant utilities, location, lots of space and communal areas. I would live to stay here again.... many thanks to Nick and wendy for looking after us !!
