What’s so special?................With location being one of the keys to a great holiday, it is worth noting that the location here is truly remarkable. It's setting is very peaceful, yet It's only a 5 minute walk to the famous buzzing strip where you can find an abundance of restaurants and bars.

The town itself offers an interesting contrast with its two distinct areas known as The Old Town with Marina and famous buzzing ‘Strip’
Villa Corcovada is situated in a small recently built villa development in Parque de Corcovada a short distance from Montechoro, Santa Eulalia and Oura areas all well serviced with shops, restaurants and bars.
A 15 minute walk takes you to Praia Da Oura beach, the Old Town of Albufeira, with it’s quaint cobbled streets and amazing cuisine is a 30 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride away.
Villa Corcovada is a modern 4 bedroom house , brightly decorated and tastefully fitted out with high quality furniture and curtains. Electric “press and go” shutters throughout. Private swimming pool, grass area and surrounding gardens with built in barbecue and sink. Poolside shower. Sun loungers, parasols and exterior tables and chairs.
The en-suite bedroom has a small balcony and the second bedroom has upstairs corner balcony/sun terrace with views over unspoilt land to rear. There is also a third bedroom and family bathroom on upper floor and fourth bedroom overlooking pool and bathroom (shower, wash hand basin toilet and bidet) on the ground floor.
