This 3rd floor apartment (lift access) is situated on Holyrood Road in a luxury development called 'The Park' and it sits in the heart of the most prestigious tourist destinations in Edinburgh.

Adjacent to the Scottish Parliament and the Royal Palace of Holyrood (The Queens official Scottish residence) nestled between the Royal Mile and the Dynamic Earth, you are perfectly situated for enjoying some of Edinburgh's finest visitor destinations.

Good location

The location is great, close to Holyrood palace and the royal mile and overlooking Holyrood park, so really easy to get to places. Good if you plan to eat out all the time but not really geared up for cooking much. Property clean and well arranged. We did find it a bIt noisy as the hotel next door had lorries arriving early most mornings and as the weather was good we had the windows open. There is a very handy small tesco close by.

Lovely Short Stay in Edinburgh!!

The apartment was neat, clean and extremely convenient! Shahid made a visit to make sure everything was ok and was very helpful before our arrival and made us feel at home. Our friends had a car. We did not need it since the shopping mile, palace and tour bus was just a block away! But having the security of the space was convenient for packing and unpacking, etc. Restaurants and market were just a few steps away. We would highly recommend the apartment.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this apartment. Shahid is so nice and easy to work with. Enjoyed having the extra space after a week in hotel rooms! So glad we had the parking spot and lift! It does get hot in Edinburgh so a fan or two in the apt would have made it even better!

Perfect location to enjoy the fringe

Great location, central but quiet. Comfortable and clean. You can easily walk to shops, venues, bars and restaurants....2 minutes from royal mile. We would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Edinburgh at any time of year. Excellent location to enjoy the fringe festival.

Perfect Apartment in Edinburgh

This is our second time staying at these apartments (family of 4) and I have to say I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated with all the facilities you could need. Steps at the back pf the apartment lead you straight on to the Royal Mile yet the apartment location means that there is no noise at night. We had a car so the complimentary parking space was a great bonus and free wifi meant we could look up places to do, book online etc. Shahid is a pleasure to deal with and nothing is too much trouble - he really cares that you enjoy your stay and is only at the end of the phone if you need him. 24 hour concierge at reception makes picking up keys easy. We hope to be back again soon.
