Seashore apartments have been beautifully converted into modern luxury apartments from a large Victorian house. 4 Seashore directly overlooks Porth Beach and provides one of the best holiday locations in Cornwall. With the beach and coastal paths literally on your doorstep the accommodation is ideal for those looking to enjoy beach lifestyle.

A welcome pack including tea, coffee and a bottle of wine is provided for guests on arrival.

Living:

Spacious open plan living dining room with far reaching views across Porth Beach and out to sea.

Large bay window and high ceilings make all rooms light and airy. Furnished with one four seater sofa and an oversized armchair. Modern occasional light furniture.

Entertainment is provided by a 32" flatscreen TV with Freeview, a DVD player and CD Player.

DVD’s, CD’s, board games, and Ordinance Survey Maps are available for guests to borrow.

Wi-Fi is available.

The well appointed kitchen is open plan ensuring that guests are together on their holiday.

Integrated appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.

Newquay town centre is a 15-20 minute walk along the scenic coastal path from Porth Beach.

Newquay has nine famous surfing beaches, one of Cornwall’s finest links golf courses, bars, bistros and clubs, and Watergate Bay, home to the Extreme Sports Academy and the Jamie Oliver inspired Fifteen restaurant. Rick Stein’s famous seafood restaurant and bistro in Padstow, The Eden Project in St. Austell and The Lost Gardens of Heligan in Mevagissey are all within easy reach.

This exclusive location has its own steps down to the beach as well as an allocated car parking space to the front of the property. There are 2 steps up to the front door and the apartment is on the first floor. The apartment is available all year and has central heating throughout.
