52 Zinc is a modern and stylish penthouse apartment, benefiting from a large balcony with panoramic views across the North Atlantic Coastline and Newquay Golf course. There is secure allocated parking at this apartment.

Living:

Open plan living/dining room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Newquay Golf Course and Fistral Beach.

Furnished with two armchairs, two seater sofa, wall-mounted gas fire and glass coffee table.

Features a 32” Sony TV with Freeview, DVD player, Playstation (guests are required to bring their own games), a selection of DVDs and Wi-Fi internet access available.

Dining area complete with a table and four chairs.

Kitchen:

Features an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle and cafetiere. Separate utility cupboard in the hallway which houses a washer dryer.
