Apartment on the beach with upscale.

The apartment is ideally situated on the beach of the Netherlands Sablon with direct access and has a perfect exposure (south-west). Beautiful sunset behind Cap Frehel in winter and summer full Manche ...

It is a duplex of 115 m2 set in a modern and friendly atmosphere.

Ground floor: large living room ideal for cooking and eating with family or friends. The kitchen is equipped with among other dishwasher, microwave oven, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, raclette ... The living room has a large screen, a home theater system (with DVD) and an audio system with WIFI. A sofa is convertible (bed 140x190).

First floor: three bedrooms each with a bathroom. A first large bedroom with a bed of 160 by 200, a second bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a third with a double bed (140x190). Also on this floor utility room (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board).

All rooms have sea views

To simplify the holidays, 2 options:

- Linen (sheets, towels and bath towels, dish towels, towel) EUR 50

- A cleaning fee of EUR 75.

Saint-Malo is a tourist mecca in Britain. It is the ideal place to combine sightseeing (Dinard, Dinan, Cancale, the Mont-Saint-Michel ...) or cultural (the castle, the walls, the aquarium, the tidal ...) or physical activities and sports (sailing clubs, boat hire motor, several golf courses nearby coastal walks ...).

Market every day of the week (except Sunday) in all neighborhoods of Saint Malo:

- Saint Servan or Intramuros (at 5 and 10 minutes walk from the apartment): Tuesdays and Fridays

- Rocabey: Monday, Thursday, Saturday

- Paramé: Wednesday and Saturday

Spectacular flat!

As soon as you walk into the door, the view is stunning! Absolutely beautiful! Very spacious apartment. We were a family of four plus my father and there was plenty of space..space to spare! Communication with Jeremy from the start was exceptional plus the on-site contact - Loic - was also awesome. A few steps and you are on the beach...our teens loved it. You will not be disappointed in this place. If ever in Saint-Malo again, this will be are resting place for sure. Thanks, Jeremy!

Semaine très agréable

Nous, parents et 3 enfants de 5 à 8 ans, étions ravis de cette demeure ancienne et moderne en même temps, pleine d'âme, de lumière et de créativité, avec aussi bien des espaces communs qu'intimes,... Quelle joie de se lever le matin avec vue sur la plage et le port, et de profiter des derniers rayons de soleil quotidiens (contrairement à ce que la météo nous avait annoncé) en étant assis sur les bancs qui bordent la plage en dessous de la maison, pendant que les enfants cherchaient des coquillages!!! En plus nous avons profité d'une offre last minute, donc pas chère pour les vacances comfortables que nous avons eues! Merci et à bientôt à Saint Servan!

heureux séjour

Nous voilà de retour de notre séjour de saint malo
l'appartement est conforme à la description petit bémol la chambre des parents n'est pas assez isolée escalier donnant direct dans cette chambre donc un petit manque d'intimité a part cela nous étions dans un endroit tranquille direct sur la plage
Ci nous retourneront à saint malo nous y retournerons
avec plaisir tout est sur place pas besoin de voiture

Bel appartement, belle vue : super vacances

Nos vacances à saint Malo se sont très bien passées. L'appartement est conforme à la description faite sur le site. L électroménager et la literie sont de bonnes qualité. La vue et l emplacement sont exceptionnelles. D un côté la plage ( accès direct) et de l autre une rue commerçante très pratique ( nous n avons pas utilisé la voiture de la semaine). Petit plus : une bouteille de cidre nous attendait dans le frigo, charmante attention du propriétaire.

appartement excellent

C'est spacieux, bien équipé, la déco est très sympa : y'a vraiment tout même la Nespresso. La vue sur la mer le matin au réveil est très agréable. Les enfants ont apprécié la plage accessible juste au dessous de l'appartement. A pieds, le centre est accessible en 10 min, et pour les sportifs vous pouvez courrir jusqu'au barrage de la Rance par le bord de mer et la forêt. Tous les commerces dont on a besoin sont à proximité (Carrefour Market, boulangerie, marché, etc.) si bien que nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture de la semaine. Je recommande vivement cette location. Bon séjour !
