A 3 bedroom, top floor apartment, sleeps 6, with wheelchair lift access. Balcony with fabulous views of Fistral beach and the Headland

Ocean 1 is one of the best addresses in Newquay, perched on the desirable Pentire headland and close to the world famous Fistral Beach. Beach View is a three bedroom, pet friendly apartment on the second floor with lift access, a balcony and excellent views over to Fistral Beach and the Headland.

The apartment is finished to a high standard throughout and features SKY Plus with SKY Sports and entertainment channels, Blu-Ray player, and a Wii with Wii Fit games console and a selection of games. For those on a working holiday or wishing to keep in touch with friends, the apartment has Wi-Fi internet access. Pets are well catered for in the property and are welcomed with a doggy kit complete with collar discs and food bowls.

This property especially welcomes families. A travel cot with built-in nappy changing platform, baby bath, children's cutlery and wooden highchair are available on request, at no extra charge. For older children there is a Wii games console with Wii Fit and Wii Plus along with a selection of board games, and books.

Please note: the property is unable to accept bookings arriving on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or News Years Day.

Check in time for this property is from 4:30pm.

Please note: This property is unable to accept short breaks during May, June, July, August and September, 7 nights only during these months with a Saturday changeover day.

A £250 security deposit is payable on each booking.

The dining area consists of a white lacquer extendable table that can seat up to ten.

Newquay is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the UK and with its miles of golden sandy beaches and award winning attractions; it's not difficult to see why. Food lovers will not be disappointed as there are plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from including Jamie Olivers' Fifteen restaurant in Watergate Bay and Rick Steins' trio of eateries in Padstow.

Newquay truly has something for everyone, be it the choice of family friendly attractions such as Newquay Zoo or The Blue Reef Aquarium to the extreme sports you can try on the spectacular beaches!
