Lovingly restored and maintained three-storey 1885 Victorian Lakeland character stone and gabled slate pitched roofed semi-detached property at Park Lodge Garden Cottage and Park Lodge Apartment is of architectural historical importance, especially the large bay windows on the ground floor of Park Garden Cottage and the gabled windows of Park Lodge Apartment on the first floor.
