Luxury Lochside Holiday Apartment On The Shores Of Loch Tay.

This newly refurbished apartment offer a peaceful, romantic holiday or a base for those wanting to explore the cycling or hill walking available in the area.

Designed with the modern person in mind, including open plan lounge, dining area and fully fitted designer kitchens , they are set in the peaceful and quiet surrounds of Kenmore and Loch Tay.

The deluxe kitchen is finished with granite work surfaces and comes complete with all the modern appliances. There is no need to fight over who is doing the dishes with a dishwasher provided and you won't miss the morning coffee with our cafeterias and coffee machines (not available in all apartments).

The open plan lounge and dining area provide all the comforts of home and more. A wall mounted flat screen TV, that can be pivoted for viewing at the dining table, lounge, kitchen or even the hot tub (ground floor only), iPod dock, Blu Ray player and a selection of DVDs and books will meet your entertainment needs.

The apartment has one bedroom with double bed and a comfy sofa bed that can sleep an additional 2 people; a master bathroom and large double glass doors that open from the lounge onto your private terraced patio with hot tub.

Within easy reach of Scotland's main cities and airports is Perthshire.

The area offers many walks and bike tracks and if you are new to the area, the reception will be able to provide you with maps of the local area and can help you hire a bike if needed.

Nearby Aberfeldy has a number of small retail shops and services including bank, grocery stores, garage, medical centre and boutique retail shops. Pitlochry, with further shopping options, and the House of Bruar are only a short drive away.

There are 3 golf courses within a short drive from Taymouth Marina and even a riding stables in Kenmore. For those seeking more adventure, there is quad biking, white water rafting and canyoning all in the local area.

The fully equipped kitchen means that, when you chose to stay in, you can prepare a feast fit for a king with the food processor, coffee machine, oven and electric hob, microwave and a generous supply of kitchen utensils. Step into the lounge with 40' Smart TV that is fully pivotable, and comfy sofa that fold out into a bed that sleeps up to 2. The double glass doors open onto your own private terraced patio with hot tub, outdoor seating and BBQ.

Why Grace Norton chose Aberfeldy, Loch Tay and Glen Lyon

As a child, I would visit Croft na Caber and spend may hours sailing upon the Loch. Ask any of the locals or people who visited Kenmore and they will tell you this site was a hive of activity. This is now something I can share with my family. It is my vision to bring Croft na Caber, now known as Taymouth Marina, into the 21st Century and reopen a premier holiday destination in Perthshire.

I am especially proud of the design of the Taymouth Marina and it was shortlisted for this year’s (2012) DIA Regeneration Project Award.

What makes this apartment unique

With such a stunning location, we expect that people will travel far to stay at this magnificent location and enjoy their own piece of luxury in Kenmore.

Added to our fantastic location is the number of facilities available onsite or nearby making Taymouth Marina accessible for most people. Onsite facilities include Watersports Centre, the Scottish Crannog Centre, and new lochside restaurant opening in 2013.

Perfect Anniversary Weekend. Will be back!

We stayed in Ben More for our first wedding anniversary. The weekend was fantastic from beginning to end. We arrived on the Friday with clear instructions and got settled in very quickly. We were so pleased. The apartment was extremely luxurious and well equipped and spotlessly clean. There is gorgeous furniture and furnishings. The kitchen has everything you would ever need to cook. There are flat screens in both the living-room and bedroom. As soon as we unpacked we went straight in the hot tub, which we used several times for hours at a time. It was so relaxing watching the stars at night. We ventured along to Kenmore on the Saturday and walked along the beach. We chose to have a relaxing, romantic weekend but it could have been busy with water sports and walks etc readily available. Overall we had an amazing weekend and would not change a thing. 10/10 Taymouth Marina for creating this fantastic place. We will definitely be returning.

Came here for a couple of nights for my partners birthday in early January and we had a fabulous time. Lodge was clean and homely and decorated to a high standard with all the mod cons. Hot tub was fantastic, can't beat lying back, having a glass of wine whilst looking at the stars on a cold winter evening. Close to the local pub for food/drinks and only a short drive to other towns. Grace was fantastic and looked after us from start to finish. Great communication; offering special arrangements for the birthday boy! Thanks for the wee note offering us a late check out too!!
We will both definitely be back in the future.
