Oak bank, 57 Gordon Road, is a well-presented three bedroom terraced house offering an ideal location for Cowes town centre and marina.

Internally, the property is furnished to a high standard throughout and benefits from two living areas. Externally, the property features a spacious garden and patio area furnished with a picnic bench and built in barbeque. On street parking is available in the surrounding area and parking permits are available on a first come first basis on request.

Living

Main living area is located on the ground floor with direct access to the kitchen/dining area.

Furnished with two, three seater brown sofas, one of which is a sofa bed for occasional sleeping for two extra guests.

Features a brass patterned top coffee table and solid pine sideboard. Samsung LCD 40” flatscreen TV with Freeview, surround sound, DVD player, Blu-ray player and ipod docking station.

Wi-Fi internet access available for guests who bring their own laptop.

Lounge area

Additional living area located on the ground floor.

Furnished with two sofas with seating for four.

Wall mounted 40” LCD flatscreen TV with cable and DVD player.

Kitchen

Situated on the ground floor with access to the garden and patio. Features a gas oven with grill and hob, two integrated fridges and freezer, washer dryer and dishwasher.

Dining area is within the kitchen and comprises of pine table and seating for six.

Situated on the first floor and benefits from views of the garden. Furnished with 'zip and link' twin beds which can be arranged as a super king-size on request, double wardrobe, bedside cabinets with lamps and chest of drawers.

Bathroom

Main bathroom is situated on the first floor.

Featuring a bath with electric overhead shower, shower screen, wc, wash basin, mirror and shelving.

Shower room located on the ground floor featuring a double shower cubicle, wc and wash basin.

Outside

Property is accessed by four steps and has one flight of internal stairs. Rear garden and patio area is accessed from kitchen and features a picnic bench and built in barbeque.

Close to Cowes town centre and the marina.

Within a short distance of Cowes beach and Esplanade.

On street parking available outside in specified bays for 2 hours at a time and overnight parking in specified bays until 8am for non-residents on a first come first serve basis. Free 24hr on street parking available in surrounding roads the closest being Newport Road which is a few minutes’ walk away.

The town centre is just a short distance away. With its pedestrianized high street is full of interesting boutiques, art galleries, shops and a selection of restaurants and pubs. The beach at Cowes can also be reached within a short walk; it’s a family-friendly shingle beach with excellent views of the Solent.
