About this property

'Woburn' is a spacious detached property has a real feeling of luxury about it.

Superbly positioned on the Dunes, with enclosed rear garden, having spacious patio area with comfortable recliners & loungers, as well as a wooden bench & table & a gas BBQ.
There are steps up the Dunes in the garden to a top area for sunbathing. Those who can't manage the climb can access the Dunes a couple of doors along via a public footpath.
This is proving to be a firm favourite for holiday makers, so don't delay & risk losing out.

It has underfloor heating downstairs and electric heaters upstairs.

Power for the heating & water are from solar panels.

The property has 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 persons.
Two bedrooms upstairs, (one double with sea views, and one twin beds) and two bedrooms on the ground floor (one with twin beds and one with bunk beds). There is also a travel cot (bedding for the travel cot only is not provided, so please bring your own).
All beds have Duvets
Bed Linen is included in the rental. Please bring your own towels.

It has two bathrooms, a shower room WC on the ground floor and a bathroom, with bath, having shower over & WC on the first floor.

An open plan living area. Kitchen with washing machine & dishwasher etc.

This is a Saturday to Saturday Booking. Booking fee is £100 per stay.

Visitors are welcome seven days a week at Littlestone Warren and to ensure you get a convenient tee time, we offer bookings up to seven days in advance. You can play in singles, two, three or four balls and the course is suitable for all levels of play. No handicap certificate is required. There are changing rooms for Gentlemen and Ladies in the Clubhouse and there is an excellent all day bar and restaurant too. Practice facilities are extensive with an eight bay driving range, chipping and putting greens as well as a green side bunker.

Why not bring the family? We have two tennis courts on site available for hire (£5 per hour) and the sea is only a few minutes walk away.

All bookings for Littlestone Warren are taken at our friendly, well stocked Pro’s shop which is situated in the Clubhouse and buggies, trolleys and equipment can be hired from the shop. We operate a Loyalty Card Scheme which offers 6 rounds of golf for the price of 5.

Woburn

We really enjoyed staying at Woburn which had absolutely everything we needed for all the family. We loved being so close to the beach too! It was our first time staying in the area and the house was the perfect base to explore from. Thank you for a lovely week!

Great house on the dunes

Great holiday home: clean, recently renovated and very well equipped for 8 guests with loads of hot water and good showers. Amazing location with direct access through the garden onto a sandy beach.

Welcome to Dungeness

The house has great communal space downstairs and good access to wild dunes and beach. Bedrooms are fine but space limited as there are 4 doubles. Kitchen facilities good though only a small cafetière which wouldn’t cater for coffee for all at breakfast. Similarly loo roll provision was limited for a house that sleeps 8. However none of this spoils the Dungeness Effect of being exposed to the massive sky and beach, so worth it!
