Set in a former convent solar founded in Santa Clara s. XIII. Refurbished in S. XVII retains elements of this era, carpentry, tiles and beams. It has a fireplace, large windows. A double bedroom and a loft-study with a single bed. Fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso machine, washer-dryer. dishwasher, outdoor bathroom with heated towel broad. HVAC hot. TV and WI-FII. Iron. Possibility of parking in the month of August. Located at the top of historic Palma, in a quiet residential area, five minutes walk from the Cathedral, City Hall, the Diocesan Museum, museums March, the imposing building of La Lonja in a neighborhood with tapas establishments , El Born, the commercial district with easy access to all means of transport. . A ten minute walk from the coast you can walk to the beaches adjacent to Palma where there are beach clubs like Pure Beach Nassau and ten mnts taxi. Perfect Palma location

This is a perfect location if you want a break in Palma. The apartment is as nice and romantic as the photos suggest and Francisca is as helpful as the other reviewers have said.
The apartment has a lovely character and is 5 minutes from all the sights and the shops and has a small bar and grocers shop right next door for supplies or a quiet beer! The surrounding streets make for a lovely short walk to the cathedral, the main square or the main shopping street.

We will definitely stay here again.



I would recommend the apartment to anyone and will be book again in the future

Francisca's apartment excelled in every way. Location, furnishing, service were all spot on and we thoroughly enjoyed our first holiday together with our baby girl. It's a week to remember - and a place to come back to. Thank you!

A Memorable Break

This apartment is hard to leave. Sadly, we had booked for only 4 nights.

As other reviewers have said, it has everything going for it. The architect-designed decor is beautiful yet very practical, the equipment is all top-quality, there is loads of space, the sun shines almost all day through the tall windows, the bathroom is bliss! And, being in the Old Town, in a very peaceful area, it's both restful & perfectly located for sight-seeing (including at night, when the nearby Cathedral & old Palace are magically floodlit).
And Francisca is like her apartment - warm, welcoming & gracious!
We can only recommend other guests to stay longer than we did.

we had a fantastic long weekend in this apartment, it is in such a convenient place to explore palma and yet lovely and quiet to sleep at night.
The apartment itself is stunning with all the facilities you could wish for and the owner incredibly helpful and quick to answer emails etc. We would highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic weekend in your apartment ,it is in such a great position for getting to lots of different places in Palma and yet quite a peaceful setting with no noise to sleep at night. The apartment is stunning, immaculate and has all the facilities you could wish for and the owner is incredibly helpful and very quick to return calls or emails, we highly recomend it.
