Modern apartment overlooking beautiful Swanage Bay

Bay View Apartment is a well-equipped modern 2 bedroom triplex apartment situated on the Dorset Coastal Path, close to the centre of the lively seaside town of Swanage. From the balcony you can look over the beach and the wide bay to the Purbeck Hills at Ballard Down. There is everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant, including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. One bedroom has a king-sized double bed and an en-suite bathroom, the other has a double and a single bed and an en-suite shower room. To make the most of the stunning views, the living room is located at the top of the house, with the bedrooms on the first floor. The ground floor is taken up by a cloakroom, a utility room with washer/dryer and two covered car ports. It is only a few steps to the Downs at the rear of the property, or out of the private residents' gate to the sea front to join the Coastal Path or to walk the short distance to the centre of town for shops, pubs and restaurants.

A VERY COMFORTABLE, LIGHT AND AIRY APARTMENT

We really enjoyed staying here! A beautiful location and everything provided for a very comfortable stay. The Haven development has been very well designed to provide modern, shoreline apartments with great views over the bay. It also has the benefit of being a little away from the town which gives it a very peaceful aura and it's.own gateway to the rock pathway to pier, beach or coastal walk, Being able to park the car and walk to all the amenities Swanage has to offer is a great plus.

We were two couples who stayed in this lovely house during Easter 2013. The house has a perfect location and lovely views. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Swanage is a wonderful village. We will be back :-)

Swanage is a delightful small town situated at the heart of the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. With stunning views and dramatic coastal walks, it is a nature-lovers' paradise. The town itself offers loads of interest, with its restored steam railway, Victorian castle, Blue Flag beach and opportunities for fishing, swimming, boat trips and water sports. There are numerous restaurants and pubs to satisfy every taste, from fine dining to a pint and a pasty. Our favourite things are eating crab sandwiches at the open-air fish restaurant on the seafront and watching the fantastic range of butterflies at Durlston Castle.
