Apartment of 90 mq with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room

The apartment is easily and conveniently accessible from the gates of the city and at the same time close to the main areas of historical, artistic and gastronomic interest. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and includes a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large living room entrance; you will also have a kitchen and two bathrooms, both with showers.

It is completely renovated and soundproofed, modernly furnished and gently lit, with independent entrance, equipped with central heating and air conditioning, 32-inch LCD TV with satellite connection, wi-fi, safe, washing and drying machine, iron and ironing board, electrical and microwave oven, hair dryer and everything else needed for a relaxing and comfortable holiday, including a cot and a high chair for your child. All the floors are in parquet with warm tone.

The closeness of the market and the presence of numerous grocery stores, offers the possibility to program excellent dinners; alternatively, you will find a wide range of inns, taverns, restaurants and pizzerias for every taste, palate and wallet.

In the living room-entrance there are two comfortable sofas with three people each, an armchair, a 32-inch LCD TV with satellite connection, a desk, free wi-fi and a library.

In the utility room there is a washing and dryer machine, an iron and ironing board.

You will find some book to read, a bit of photos to look at, some guides in Venice and detailed maps of the area where the apartment is located, with some of our suggestions on restaurants and addresses; of course, we will give you our full availability. You will feel at ease, in short, just like at home.

But above all, you will appreciate the many angles away from the crowds, full of history, charm and poetry, quiet and romantic, all of them to be discovered with the necessary calm to learn to love this city.

My name is Rosa, I was born and I live in Venice, a city that I love in every little detail, from the history to the art, the architecture and the way of living.

I manage with pleasure 3 apartments in the historic center of the city, adding this activity to my business managing a small perfumery near Piazza San Marco.

I speak and write fluently in English and French.

I love to travel and to find cozy places that make me feel at ease wherever I am.

Why Rosa chose San Polo

This apartment belongs to my family. I decided to dedicate it to this activity because I love having contact with people from all over the world; opportunity that the international vocation of Venice allows me to accomplish.

I started this business with the main aim of making my guests's stay in the city as pleasant and comfortable as possible, so to return to their homes not only retaining the memory of the places visited, but also the feeling of having found their own 'home' in Venice.

My effort is, through custom maps and advice, to make discover Venice, not only as a tourist destination but as a city to love in its most secret shades; what I try to do, through my reading of the history of the city and my wandering in the constant research for hidden corners, is to transfer my passion to my guests, in the hope that it becomes a bit theirs too.

Arranging the apartments, I always try to interpret the needs of my guests, what they may need exactly as if I were the one who should stay.

Very nice location, apartment, owner

Lovely apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with all important coffee machine and maker. Two large bedrooms, 2 full baths plus washer/dryer and living area. Plus is full size foosball in entry way. Rosa was extremely helpful. Met us off the water taxi and took us to apartment. She gave us overview of apartment, pointed out sites. left maps with top sites and restaurants. Able to pay by pin machine which was nice. There are stairs up to the kitchen/living area, but there is also a gate that can be closed for having children there. Free wifi was occasionally spotty. Recommend it.

Séjour magnifique!!!

Nous avons passé 3 jours magnifiques à Venice.
L'appartement est très bien situé, au coeur de Venice, au calme et d'une extrême propreté. Il était très facile de partir tôt le matin, se perdre dans Venice et rentrer le soir, faire quelques courses, tout à côté, au marché du Rialto (poissons, fruits, légumes frais...) puis se poser dans l'appartement pour se remettre de cette belle journée de découvertes. Nos deux grands (17 et 18 ans) ont particulièrement apprécié la pizzeria à deux pas... On vous propose des parts de pizzas géantes excellentes, n'hésitez pas à goûter les différentes "Alta"!!
Quant à Rosa, elle vous réserve dès les premiers mails un accueil charmant. Elle parle parfaitement bien le français, ce qui rend très aisé les échanges par la suite !! Un grand merci pour tout !!! Nous espérons bien revenir !!!

ABOUT THE LOCATION

The apartment Venisa awaits you in Rialto, in the historical and geographical center of Venice, close to the crowded and lively fish, fruit and vegetables market and to the most characteristic Venetian 'osterie', in a central and evocative area.

This is the oldest part, the original nucleus in which, from the seventh century, the entire city gradually developed; this area has always been the heart of the economic, commercial and financial activity. Today it is still very active, characterized by the colorful market, many shops, restaurants, taverns, supermarkets, banks and everything else needed for residents and tourists.

HOW TO REACH THE APARTMENT

Arriving by plane.

If you land at the Venice or Treviso airports, the apartment is reachable by taking the direct shuttle bus to Piazzale Roma and then the ACTV Vaporetto line 1, direction Lido, getting off at the stop 'Rialto Mercato', only 150 meters from the apartment.

Alternatively, but only if you land at the Marco Polo airport in Venice, you can take the Alilaguna Linea Arancio waterbus and get off at the stop 'Rialto'; the trip takes about 1 hour.

Arriving by car.

If you arrive by car, you can park in Piazzale Roma and from there take the ACTV Vaporetto line 1, direction Lido, getting off at 'Rialto Mercato'.

If you park at the Tronchetto, you can reach Piazzale Roma in 3 minutes with the shuttle 'people mover.'

Arriving by train.

Finally, arriving by train, you can take the ACTV Vaporetto line 1 outside the train station and get off at the stop 'Rialto Mercato'.
