Charming apartment just renovated in the heart of Paris, situated in a flowered courtyard.

The apartment consist of two rooms,plus shower room and small kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with two electric rings, microwave, fridge, cooking utensils, toaster, kettle and a washing-machine.

In the bedroom there is a new double bed, wardrobe, bureau.

In the living room there is a table, 4 chairs and a sofa bed.

There is internet access.

Nearby there is a wonderful indoor market, one of the oldest in Paris.

There are several supermarkets within walking distance, and some very good bakers, wine shops, etc.

The apartment is situated near the Boulevard Magenta end the Rue Lafayette.

There are numerous restaurants and cafes in the area for all budgets.

There is also the famous restaurant Chez Julien with its beautiful are-deco interior.

The Canal Saint Martin, a very trendy area; is ten minutes away. You can sit outside and sip your aperitif in one of the cafes in this romantic setting.

At the Gare du Nord, a few minutes' away, there are two metro lines,4 & 5 the RER which goes to CDG airport, Eurostar,

Thalys and five buses. It is very easy to get around Paris.

On foot it takes about fifteen minutes to Montmartre.

All the main tourist sites can be reached very easily either on foot or by public transport.

A 25% deposit secures the booking & the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival

A cleaning lady is available for 50€

a 150€ security deposit is paid on arrival & refunded on the day of departure..

Great stay!

We had an excellent week long stay at this apartment. It is directly across from the RER at the Gare du Nord, making it an excellent choice for getting to/from CDG as well as the Eurostar and other trains. Many convenient bus and metro choices in the area which get you to sights all around Paris. Many sights are within walking distance, as well. There are several grocery stores, patisseries and boulangeries nearby. The apartment is as advertised on the website. WIFI worked perfectly, good hot water, comfortable kitchen and clean environment. Three large windows overlooking a lovely, entrance courtyard to the flats. Owner worked with us on deposit, arrival and departure details and was very quick to respond to all e-mails. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment, had a great time.

Location very close to the Gare Du Nord with good links across the City so getting around was not an issue. Once inside the apartment all is peaceful and you have a nice place to stay with all the amenities required.

Nice and Beautiful studio

We spent a week in this lovely studio, close to shops, metro station and near the Gare du Nord. Apartment without opposite, nice and bright the owner is very welcoming.
Perfect for a couple or two, because there's space for four beds. Satisfied with the location, and location. Internet tv and very good quality. Thank you for this property which is very well. Do not hesitate if you want to stay in Paris.

Super-practical and calm location!

The flat is located next to the Gare du Nord railway station were you can access the subway (line 4, 5 which are the most practicle to go to the touristic areas) and the train (RER B to go to the international airport). A lot of cabs are waiting around and it is very close to Montmartre area.

It is nicely arranged inside and the location is calm. If you like indian food, there is a little restaurant down the building : try it, it is excellent and very typical!

Perfekte Lage

Die Beschreibung des Appartments im Inserat ist zutreffend. Beste Lage, um Paris zu erkunden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten "um die Ecke" und eine angenehme Ausstattung des Appartments. Wir haben gerne die Küche benutzt, was mit unseren 2 Kindern ein echtes Plus war.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich (auch englischsprachig), unkompliziert und wir fühlten uns gut betreut. Die Wohnung empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

Abbiamo passato un mese in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa ovviamente è un po piccola ma è completa di tutto(lavatrice favolosa e riscaldamenti elettrici).Di fronte il portone c'è l'ingresso della metropolitana Gare du nord con due linee metro(4 e 5).a meno di 200 metri c'è un carrefour e una patisserie.James e antonia sono due persone fantastiche e soprattutto disponibili.
Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento sia per brevi che per lunghi periodi.
