Villino Ginestra is a holiday home in a panoramic position above a sandy beach

Villino Ginestra offers the opportunity of a relaxing beach holiday with the opportunity of exploring Sicily. Sleeping 6 people in 3 bedrooms, the villa is a well appointed close to the beach. There is a lovely shaded garden. The villa is situated in a prime position on the rocks above the beach with a private path down to the sea. There is a fine summer house with views over the beach and to the coastline.

Nearby Termini Imerese is a seaside spa town with the magnificent backdrop of Monte Calogero. There are excellent restaurants nearby, one only 15 minutes walk, the others 20 minutes. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin/double, and 1 twin. There is a large sitting room with dining area, 2 bathrooms, and a modern kitchen.

At 30km from Cefalu and Palermo, Villino Ginestra is in a central location perfectly positioned to discover the island all around.

The ancient bustling capital Palermo is a great experience to visit, only 20 minutes by train or car.

The local town of Termini Immerese has fine shops and the attractive historical area of Belvedere, loved by locals who use the promenade each night for refreshments and ice cream.

The house is very near to the interesting village of Trabia, with its markets, shops and bars, and you can walk to the little resort of San Nicola l'Arena.

There are famous Greek relics nearby at Himera, and also nearby the fine medieval town of Caccamo with its fascinating castle.

It's not far to the famous resort of Cefalu.

The interior of the island is beautiful, very green much of the year round. The towns are quiet and very attractive, and outdoor activities available.

There are several restaurants within 2 km. from the house.

The weather and sea is warm from March to November.
