Beautifully presented apartment on first floor level accessible by lift or stairs. The spacious lounge/dining area leads to a lovely terrace with great views of the Atalaya golf course and the sea. The kitchen is very attractive, modern and well equipped with all mod cons. The spacious master bedroom has ensuite, tv and access to the terrace. The twin bedroom has its own small terrace and adjacent family shower room. The terrace is very spacious and has outdoor dining facilities for 6 persons, a BBQ and 2 sun loungers. This area gets lovely sunshine from noon. There are lovely gardens outside with wonderful tropical feel planting. There are 2 pools - both in separate locations within the residence and both offering stunning views. There is a supermarket and taxi rank within a 5 minute walk. This apartment has air conditioning. International TV. Secure parking. The lovely village of Banahavis is just a 3 minute drive away. Highly recommended for families and golfers alike.

The local town of San Pedro hosts one of the best markets on the coast every Thursday morning. This is a bustling little town full of shops, cafés and restaurants. The gorgeous quaint little mountain village of Benahavis attracts many with its cobbled streets, little shops, and many superb restaurants. The infamous town of Casares is well worth the short drive where there are lots of tiny shops and restaurants as well as an abundance of art galleries. A short drive into Marbella for some shopping and maybe an evening meal in one of the many restaurants in the Old Town. The yachts of Puerto Banus should not be missed just to see how the other half live! The huge department store of El Cortes Anglais is located at Puerto Banus too. How about planning a visit to one of the mountain cities(Seville, Rhonda or Granada) or maybe a trip to fantastic Cadiz located near to the vast nature reserve which stretches into Portugal. It takes 40 minutes to drive from the airport.
