Notes

  • The Base Rate of the villa is 180 €/day and includes two persons.
    Each extra person has an additional charge of:
    -Adults 25 € / day
    -Children between 2 and 12 years old 12 € / day
    -Babies are free of charge.

    During Christmas, New Year and Easter the price is fixed regardless on the number of guests.

    To the total price we add 7% of taxes.

  • Notes on reservations:
    To confirm a reservation will require a deposit of 25%, non-refundable in case of cancellation.
    If you are booking for less than 8 weeks, full payment is required in advance.
    Also required to pay a deposit of 300 € in cash the day of arrival (or equivalent in another currency), which will be refunded on departure unless there is any damage to the house.

The villa was exactly as described, very clean and well equipped. Well positioned, only 5 euros in a taxi to Playa Del Ingles, so a hire car is not essential.

Have already recommended to friends and would stay there again.
