The City Studio Apartments are composed of recently refurbished (architecturally-designed), 240 square foot studios with a single bathroom, set within a bijoux block at the very centre of the famed City of London Financial District - and directly across the street from London's Liverpool Street Station, providing fantastic transportation links. This is a very ideal location for both the corporate and leisurely traveller alike.

All apartments have open, fully-equipped kitchens, living areas, folding wall beds, and many modern conveniences. Furniture is contemporary and luxurious. You will thoroughly enjoy this your stay at this apartment!

We have some of the best apartments in town!

We boast a free high-speed (WiFi) internet connection, a telephone (for incoming calls only), a television, and all other modern conveniences.

The apartment will be stocked with coffee (instant), tea, sugar, milk pottles (UHT), oil, salt and pepper. The bathroom will be stocked with soap, shower gel, toilet paper, and detergents for the washing machine (clothes) and the dishwasher.

Standard household items include a coffee plunger, a clothes iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and a clothes drying horse.

All linen is provided, including all bedding and blankets and towels for the bathrooms.

We can also provide a cleaning service if you wish (see extra services below). For a small fee, we will clean your entire apartment and provide fresh linen and towels.

This particular apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building. The living room is tastefully decorated - for entertainment, there's a flat-screen television, a DVD player, an MP3-compatible stereo, and high-speed internet access without restrictions as to the amount of data transfer taken place. The bed boasts a quality orthopaedic mattress, and very comfortable linens, to ensure a good night's rest. The bathroom is modern and sparkling! The apartment has hard-wood floors, double-glazed windows, and wonderful heating facilities.

I really liked the apartment

We stayed in an apartment on the street Bishopsgate,172-174. My expectations were fully met.The apartment had everything we needed. Everything is new and clean.We felt comfortable living there.We needed accommodation in this area, and this apartment is ideally suited to us. Near metro station and bus stops.We quickly get to all the sights, even on foot. Individual apartments I like more than a hotel room. I would be perfectly happy if the apartment was just a little more.

Excellent Apartment

The apartment facilities were excellent, with eveything I needed for a 2 week stay (the washing machine in the apartment was really useful). The kitchen area was well equiped and the bathroom was excellent. It was perfect for one person although 2 people would have been a little cramped for a longer stay. The access to the apartment was easy and the hand over on arrival and departure was hassle free.The whole apartment was extremely clean and tidy, with products and items left within the apartment to keep it clean during the stay (even washing powder was included!). The location could not have been better - directly across the road from Liverpool Street Station. There are plenty on shops within a couple of minutes walk, and a handy Tesco 2 doors away. The Sunday markets at Spitalfields were great as well. This is not a quiet place to stay, but that didn't really bother me. All in all, and excellent apartment that I would definitely use again next time I go to London

The building and the appartment are recently renovated and refurnished. It is very clean and modern. The location is close to Victoria Station, Underground, supermarket, pubs. The bathroom and the kitchenette are perfect.

Ian and his team were some of the most helpful and accommodating I have had the pleasure of dealing with in my travels and certainly went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed for the duration of my stay. The apartment is brand new and in a perfect location. There are cafes and great coffee shops literally outside your front door and Liverpool Street Station just a stone's throw away. The apartment was an ideal size for me as a solo business traveller and the kitchen and microwave were a handy bonus. The bed folds into the wall, but was still comfortable, and the room got quite warm with no air conditioning, but small desk fans are provided. The windows are double glazed so there is minimal noise. Perfect location!

The City of London is an area in central London, England. In the medieval period it constituted most of London, but the conurbation has grown far beyond it. As the City’s boundaries have remained almost unchanged since the Middle Ages, it is now only a tiny part of the metropolis, though it remains a notable part of central London, holds city status in its own right, and is a separate ceremonial county.

London came top in the Worldwide Centres of Commerce Index, published in 2008. The other major financial district in London is Canary Wharf, 2.5 miles (4.0 km) to the east.

The City has a resident population of a little over 11,000, but around 316,700 people work there, mainly in the financial services sector. The legal profession forms a major component of the western side of the City, especially in the Temple and Chancery Lane areas; these are where the Inns of Court are located, of which two — Inner Temple and Middle Temple — fall within the City of London boundary.
